Horrible phone service and customer service . I wouldnt recommend . Took them 3 days each day was over 3 hours just to get my phone turned on . And I had to go back as my phone wasnt still working properly. Dont go here if you do you will regret it . One of the guys laughed at me over the phone when I said my complaints to them about the issues I was having. No one can ever here my on the other end of the phone like there is always static on my end . The phone always has one or two bars and I live in the city. Crappy service stay clear . If you are not sure about the different reviews please go by this one . I also reviewed and plan on reporting them to the better business bureau

November 19th 2016.They sell their phones too high. Went to bestbuy and same phone was there with no promotion and it was $100 cheaper brand new in a unopened box. So sad that this store chooses to rob customers. This store should be closed. Also I heard him overcharge this lady in spanish. Its like the customer dont matter at this store

I bought a phone a Boost Mobile 130 East Lakewood Boulevard, Holland, MI. Bad battery Bad customer service very Egotistical attitude. Called Motorola and they sent me a new battery. They told me that is what Boost should have done to replace my battery....I guess if you want customer service buy direct not from local stores
