I came in with 2 watches needing batteries. The attendant replaced the one but could not get the back off the other one. I asked what I should do about that and she said bring it to a jeweler. I was disappointed as this is their business. Today I put on the one with the new battery only to find out she did not put it on the correct time. I was the only one in the store at the time and would have expected the watch to be ready to wear. The cost is about $9 for a new battery and installation. I have replaced batteries in the past myself but thought this would be more convenient. From now on I will purchase a battery for about $3 and install it myself. Called Mike but was told he no longer works there.

Bought a battery for my cell phone. My original battery held a charge for about 4 days. When this one only held a charge for 2 days I called and they told me I should be happy with that and then said that they told me that was how long it would last, even though they hadnt. Now only lasting one day and I am still the one at fault. I noticed that one poster suggested the person they spoke to was arrogant, seems to be consistent with them.

Bad service and they keep ur batterys for two weeks with out even touching them.Bunch of BS.Had to get my battery pack and take them to the one in Grandville got them done in two hours NOT TWO WEEKS.
