Wasnt sure they could help me, but glad that I took the risk. My phone mic worked just fine for voice search, but didnt pick up sound for phone calls. I had done my research online (or so I thought) and assumed my problem was purely software. Everything from reboots to a factory reset. The two guys that helped me knew their stuff. They took the phone into the back and found that the problem was with my hardware as there must have been something stuck in front of my mic, blocking it from picking up audio. Fixed it within 5 minutes. Same visit service, Emery and Cole are knowledgeable guys with a nice looking store. Will gladly recommend iCare to any of my friends.

Walked in, very nice young man (Emery) sold me a charger cord but the best thing is he said he can repair my phone that Samsung customer service told me was not repairable. Very excited about that. Saves me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend.

After I smashed the glass on my iPhone 5, a friend recommended iCare Repair. They replaced the glass quickly and for a good price. It looks brand new again. I was so pleased with the results, I brought my sons iPod in to have it repaired as well.

Loved his place! Cracked my iPhone, took it in and he had to fixed up in 45 minutes. Even added tempered glass for only $10 with the repair. Great service for a good price. Will definitely go back to them again for all phone repairs
