And this store is bullshit the website clearly says that it is open until 7 p.m. I called and a woman was very rude to me on the phone and then she said that they closed at 6 p.m. I asked about the website saying it closed at 7 p.m. and she said that it was a different store clearly it was the store because I had pushed the call button and it directed me to her I guess they dont care about money or holding up to the business standards clearly I need to go to somewhere else or possibly even change phone carriers because boost is trash plain and simple

RAN BY SCAMMERS. ..Israel R. an his brother r running a scam outta this store. ..they sold my husband a factory default phone an when he went to take it back Israel dropped the phone an shatterd the screen ...not to mention u r suppose to get a discount for two lines on one but to boost up their sales they separated both lines. ...this store is a joke ran by two brothers trying to scam people an give boost mobile a bad name ...go somewhere else .. .

The guy in there sold me a mobile hotspot. He was very helpful and when I had a problem with it and my phone he walked me through the steps to fix the problem. I was on the Westside and had a problem with my phone and I chose to easily till I got back out east cause I knew that hed help me fix the issue. Also the female he had working with him was very helpful to and very professional. Thanks bro for the help.

Do not go here to purchase a phone or any other service other than paying your bill. The response I received to 5 out of 6 questions, was "I have no idea". After spending about $350 on an HTC ONE phone every call I send or receive drops after 3 minutes. When I contacted the representative who sold me the phone to inquire why this was happening, his response was "I have no idea."
