Bottom line, Indy Cellular Repair failed both in their core business (repairing phones) but also with their customer service and commitment to their work and warranties. I cracked my screen on my iPhone 6 while in Indy. I brought it to Indy Cellular for repair. Part of the reason that I chose them was because of the warranty that they provided. Shortly after, I moved out of state. Within a few weeks, the screen started getting lines and areas on the screen became insensitive to touch. Then, the screen started pulling apart from the casing. I should add that there was no physical damage to the screen. I brought it to Apple where I relocated to. After a quick look, they asked if a third party vendor attempted to repair it. I told them that they did, and they said that it was a failure on the third party. Since this is my personal and work phone combined, I had no choice but to get it fixed immediately. I called Indy Cellular Repair to see if it was possible to get a refund, since I spent another $100+ to fix what they should have repaired and because of the warranty. They refused to provide a refund and told me that I should have brought it to them instead of Apple. When I told them that I do not live in Indiana anymore, they said that I should have mailed it. When I explained that I am unable to be without my work/personal phone for that length of time given that I do not even have a land line, they told me that there was nothing that they can do. Indy Cellular Repair failed to fix the phone, to stay committed to the warranty, and to provide good customer service. I highly recommend that if you have an Apple phone, you make an appointment at the Apple Genius bar (for efficiency) and get it fixed there. Apples pricing is at parity with Indy Cellular, warranties extend across state lines, and they have great customer service.

This is the worst place to get a phone repaired. I took my phone there and payed 120.00 $. The phone never worked correctly, even after having to take it back there a second time(using the warranty). The touch screen still wasnt responsive all the time and you could here snapping/popping sounds when you would press down. I ended up having my son order a new screen from Amazon for 15.$ and when he opened the phone up there were screws that just fell out. And a lot of screws werent even screwed in all the way. Real cheap and lazy work. I think they do it on purpose just to get you to come back in there. Talked to another customer in the waiting room that was having the same issue. She said it was her third time coming back. So stay away, either do it your self and save money, just watch a youtube video on how to fix your phone. Or go to your companys store and have them do it the right way. Im sure all the good reviews on here are friends or family or employees that just wrote good reviews to get people to go there. All the bad reviews are most likely the real customers. And they all seem to of had the same problem. They are a real bad company that dont know how to fix phones. Why else would they have a warranty they must not trust there own work. Stay away from this company. Or youll be writing the next bad review.

SCAM ALERT / STEALING PARTS Took my phone there because my screen broke. I was optimistic cause they had the part in stock and could fix it the same day. BAM.....I take the phone drop it off and pick it up, everything seems fine until later. I noticed that my touches were coming in and inch below my finger tip. And also my phone times out every time I make a call. So I called to see what they would do. Here is what they said "Oh well your phone showed a small amount of water damage so we are not able to honor any warranty". I argued for about 10 minutes until I just gave up. Im convinced they used a crappy part and who knows what else they did to my phone while I was gone. The guy behind the counter was sloppy looking very overweight and didnt seem to care about what I wanted......There customer service sucks and they knew they put a bad part on my phone and covered it up with a bs reason. Needless to say I went to another shop that actually had a store front and they confirmed that I got a crappy screen and a broken digitizer out of the deal. STAY AWAY they are robbing parts off phones and replacing with low grade parts. SCAM ALERT So they get 1 star for being fast. And nothing more cause they are thiefs and con artists.

My IPhone 6 touchscreen started responding slowly in August 2016. I would have to hit the back of my phone for the touchscreen to respond. In September I dropped my phone and which the screen became cracked. After a month with dealing with a cracked screen I decide to get my phone repaired 10-22-2016. The first day the phone worked well. Then after that it begin responding slow again. On 10-27-2016 I hit the back of my phone to get the touchscreen to respond and it cracked. I have read the bad reviews and they seem to have the same problem. Please stay away from this company all they want to do is make money. The have no integrity what so ever. I havent even tried to contact them. Because their warranty excludes any physical damage done to the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unlike the kiosks at the mall who repair phones in front of everyone, these people take your phone in the back room so you cant see what they are doing.

Dont ever go to Indy Cellular Repair! I REPEAT STAY AWAY!!! Unless you want to pay over a hundred dollars to just get a phone back with a loose screen that doesnt respond to the touch. Youll click on one app and itll open another one. They dont put all the screws back in and the replacement screens are junk. I didnt even bother using my warranty cause they did such a bad job. After a couple days you could hear the loose screws in the phone moving around. I cant believe this company is still open. I heard from other people in broad ripple that they are the worst company, but i was desperate and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wish i would of never did that. ended up costing me double cause i had to take it to a place that really knew what they were doing. There a dirty scamming company that just do half lazy work so youll end up having to come back and pay more to get it fixed again. Its a trap!

The hinge on my Verizon flip phone cracked, and they told me they could not repair it. Although I was eligible for a new phone, I really like my current model, which they no longer make. Not ready to give up, I checked the Yellow Pages and found Brian at Indy Cellular Repair. He listened to my problem and asked me to bring in my phone before ordering a new hinge. When I indicated that his office was far from my home, he suggested I e-mail pictures of the problem to him instead. Those convinced him he could do the repair, so he ordered the replacement part. The result is that the phone I like so much now flips just as it did when it was new. While I waited for my repair, I saw how well he treated all of his customers too. Finding someone so capable and courteous is rare plus his prices are so fair. The next time you have an issue with your phone, put Brian and his brain to work for you. Linda
