I have been with T-Mobile for several years and I when I have had to go into the store for something, I have generally used the downtown store. Recently I was shopping at Best Buy and noticed a T-Mobile store in the same shopping center, needing to exchange my wireless Beats Headphones,(that I had purchased at the downtown store) I decided to stop in while I was there. All I can say is WOW!! This store has at least double the amount of products and accessories as the other stores that I have been to! And the staff were extremely polite, and helpful! After a lengthy discussion (I asked a lot of questions) and testing a couple of different headphones, I walked out with the best set of earbuds I have ever had, and a sense of satisfaction that comes from making a truly educated selection and a sound purchase! Thak you T-Mobile for truly caring about your customers!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN WALMART!!! Came in again today because Ive been trying to get my phone fixed for months. They still wont fix it! Came in last week, all they did was slide out the sim and put it back in after Ive told them Ive made several calls to t-mobile already and am at my wits end, so after 30 minutes I was having the same issues. The chick kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her whats wrong with it saying "Maam were trying to fix your phone" with an attitude but how can you fix it when you wont listen to whats wrong with it. Then I say Im so frustrated Im ready to just throw the phone and she accuses me of threatening her! Seriously, this is how you treat your customers!!! No thanks, Id rather pay more and get service when I need it with another carrier!

This place has the worse customer service with T-Mobile. The carrier is great! But the employees here suck! Not one of them is very helpful. I went in to purchase a new Galaxy 4S phone (waited for 40minutes in line) and the following day I wanted to get my contacts switched over (waited for 40minutes in line) and A*** couldnt figure how to do it?!?!?! really?!?! i mean really?!?! He got a bag out with all these tangled cables...the employees here are under staffed and untrained. I wasted 40minutes!!!! Like WTF?!? Worse place to purchase a phone...go to another T-Mobile Place....NOT THIS ONE!!!

This is the worst place I ever been to, the manger is so selfish and mean even the supervisor. I went there today and bought a phone it had problems, I took it back they said I should pay 50 dollars. Dont waste your time going here they are not good, they dont treat their customers very rude. If I were you guys switch to a different company, I been with t mobile for 10 years,and they are rude people. They need to fire all the people that work their.

Horrible customer service ever I told the man my charger port was broke he swear up & down it wasnt so I went to another store the man looked at it and showed me the part that was broke. He ordered me a new phone with no problem
