If I can give them negative stars I would. This review is obviously about working in this location of the corporate office. I understand that some people will read this and think I am a disgruntle employee but truth is I was hopeful about this job and this was the first I came into contact with discrimination. The people there at first seemed friendly but as time went by you realize how clicky and unprofessional they are. The manager herself would lie and say I was late and that was the reason I was let go when in fact I knew I had to be early to change from biking to work clothes and needed time to cool down. There would be an issue where the training was about one department and meant for another so it was a very inept brief course. So I had asked if they have programs for training, since this is obviously done quickly where no one but those who have been there when this company started out with 2 programs instead of multiple that was shown in a flash by an employee who had been doing it repetitively for years. Another issue was when they thought it would be a good idea for someone who was poorly trained from the wrong department do an activation in less than 10 minutes when everyone knows when you first learn it may take a few times to read and learn what you’re looking at so being it had taken literally 11 minutes instead of 10 minutes the manager claimed that was the only other reason she let me go. After all that was done they had a hard time getting an employee to last longer than a month because the apparently newly elected manager had discarded people based on frivolous assessments as you have just read. I was glad to hear I was not the only one, and there were many whereas the temp service was frustrated with her as well.
