Worst cell phone customer service Ive ever had. The guy in there kept talking with another employee for 3 minutes before even acknowledging me. Once he finally did, he still kept talking only until he said I wasnt authorized to upgrade on the account, didnt even offer any other suggestions or tell me how to go about doing that. Ill never come here again.
