Hooded Skipper

It was horrible. I spoke with Marlin who had no idea what I was talking about and then try to tell me that someone was stealing my mobile WiFi. The device I have is not working properly. It is not resetting at the end of the month as it should. I tried to explain it to him even showed him my bill that show there was no usage and he still told me that the bill must be wrong. As retiree I wish they would train their employees more. He clearly has no clue of what is really going on. I left disgusted and probably will terminate that service.

The worst experience with a company I pay a monthly bill to I have ever had, incomponent reps that have poor people skills as well as poor verbal skills, certainly not qualified to wipe old man a$$ left alone help you with your mobile device 0 stars thumbs down and a middle finger!

AT&T customer service sent me to the store for an Item they didnt have in stock ! I wasted my time waiting for an item that was not in stock was told to go to the store several miles away !
