I live right behind here, its very busy during the day with lots of traffic. Its always busy, full during the day but at night, its only 1-2 people working, one at the register and the other is cleaning. The parking lot is dirty from the days rustle and bustle but there is NEVER prostitute or gang related activity. I work 3rd shift and just during The night traffic. The people who live on the street behind have been here for 20+years, no crime, no break ins. The staff is not as friendly as during the day, but its a 24 hour convenience store, parking lot is well lit and looks like any other store at night.

John does not lessen to the hole story .he lessons to the ones he wants to i will not be blamed no more.. i did ask for help .and got told by Tracy i have to do it by my self .so thats not my problem that is johns problem john wants to yell at some one well not me no more I QUIET .if u need a job dont go there . he does not no how to treat people or talk to them. tracy does not do her job right she writes down the temp before it is done cooking .and she messes around with the truck driver dude that bring the food . who else she messing with at work .

This village pantry has the absolute worse service and is anything but convenient. Every time I go in that store there is a line of people and one cash register open. There are three registers and never once have I seen more then one being used at a time. The staff is rude and not easy to deal with. I had an incident with three women working there the other day and it isnt the first time Ive seen them get into it with a customer. I wouldnt recommend this gas station to a dog!

Terrible customer service. I had the opportunity to be assisted by 3 different employees (2 for food and 1 to checkout) and all 3 of them were very rude. There was a man in front of me in line trying to order food and he did not speak english well. When I helped him out by telling her what he was trying to order she got a huge attitude with me. Ive worked in the area for 4 years and do everything I can to avoid this particular VP.

Unfortunately Ive frequented this Village Pantry many times and 9 times out of 10 there is a 5-10 minute wait at least. Ive even waited in a line while the clerk walked out to go smoke because she, "had had enough of customers attitudes" and didnt care if we had to wait. Who does that?!

Worst Customer service EVER!! They wouldnt let me buy cigarette because I was with my 17 year old nephew. WTF? Im buying, Im paying I have my ID I will never go there again. And I will be sure to tell EVERYONE how petty they are... stupid just dumb.

Nice during the day very ghetto and scary at night drug dealers prostitutes all everything you can imagine or hope not to imagine not the place to be at night time I felt like I was going to get robbed at the Redbox
