Very bad liars!! do not go here. i bought a iphone 6 plus here for my hubby was lied to saying that they good unlock my phone because i had it from boost and there was a discount if i swiched my account to cricket. the manager/ owner amier told me he could do it and would call well he never did and as i read the recipt i only had a couple of days to return the phone. long story short he said he called he didnt i had the phone with me the whole 2 days waiting on him then when i tried to get my money back it took them 2 hours they tried to get me not to get my money i had to talk to another owner who basically lied saying he was there when he called that was a lie. then he said he would give me free items and would un lock my phone. bunch of liars and this girl named cassey was trying to but in every chance that she got. when she didnt even sell me the phone she really just needed to shut up and let me get my 700 back #hate cricket# never going back # dont come here liars!#

Came in with a broke foot and bought a replacement C-type cable for $20 (just the cable) and after a few days it stopped charging. I called about them replacing it, Maria said she would ask her boss and call me back after 3 p.m.. No one ever called me back. I will not spend anymore money there again, if that is how they do people. Very expensive cable no replacement offered and no call back as I was told. Disappointed. Ive always gone there but this ruined it for me. I wont be back again, unless its to give them a piece of my mind.

Maria is great with customers but the man that works there is always rude and isnt willing to help with anything. So when I need help with something, I wait until Maria is there working so I dont have to deal with the rude man. They need more workers like Maria, she will do everything that she can to help
