It was 7:50pm when I walked in the store now they dont close until 8 and the manager turned around asked me what I wanted and when I told her that I had to pay my bill she rolled her eyes and said they were closed and told the other girl working there to get off the phone and help me and then the manager walked outside and started talking to her friend. The girl that helped me was sweet but the manager does not need to work in customer service

Lesson learned: never buy a phone charger if they make you sign a document stating that you acknowledge there are no returns. My phone has been on this "charger" for three hours now and has yet to reach enough energy to turn on. $17.50 down the toilet.

At first, I was excited about the service, both from the phone and from the retail store. As time went on, I started having various issues with the phones. Finally, customer service at one of the stores was anything but. I am not pleased at all.
