So I went in to transfer from tmobile and was attempting to bring my partners iPhone with me and was told it was not compatible and was stuck with having to purchase an android after finding out I could have traded in the iPhone in for a credit for a Verizon iPhone after the android sale was made and it just seems that the people working here are not trained adequately. Also I returned to make a payment on two separate accounts and both payments were applied to one account I assume you can understand what kind of head ache that was. better luck trying the store next to Walmart or the corporate store in murfreesboro.

Because I closed my account with them, the in store people were not able to take my final payment. So I had to go outside and do it from my car. Last year when my husband died, Verizon was not in any way willing to work with me on the bill. I had to still pay for my late husbands phone till it was paid off, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS DEAD!! Glad I finally got rid of you guys !!

They are a bunch of liars!! I purchased a New s7 and questioned why it had games already on it, they said they come that way. Then I found d someone elses info in the phone, called Verizon and its a Used phone!
