Apologized for the mishap, explained what happened, apologized again, nailed the time frame down to correct the mishap and still never missed a beat. Doesnt even deserve a single star. Advertise that they open at 10am. At 1015 still standing outside not open. Another customer already came and gone sayn hes going to walmart. Im but to take my business elsewhere
