This gamestop is the worst. They dont have anything of what online says that they have in stock. They sold me an xbox 360, and the disc tray motor was going bad. So I took it back. If you dont have your receipt then your out of luck bc Ive called another time and they said they would buy my xbox 360 slim for 30 bucks? Really? This gamestop is horrible. And the employees dont have a clue of what they are doing. They dont even try to work with people. And if it wasnt for this being the only other place to get games in gallatin, besides wal-mart then they would hit rock bottom. So there for I am rating one star for being the only place in gallatin that sells gaming needs that wal-mart doesnt have. But the other four stars went down the drain because of the poor employee attitude and assistance. One employee told me I had a 60 day return policy and on the receipt it says 30. So thats all Im going to say about this gamestop, I DO NOT recommend this gamestop.

This is the best game stop ever. The employees havd a pretty good insight on most of the games. They have very good opinions and there realy nice. Sometimes I just go there to kill time. It doesnt have the most variety but if you ask one of the cashiers they can pretty much get you anything you ask for. I go to this gamestop all the time and Ive never had any problems from them. And whomever the other guy is that have this gamestop a bad reviews I would like to say. You bought a used console. Theres a reason why the previous owner soled it. And of course you have to have your recipt, thats your fault for not keeping it. You had a bad experiences because you expected brand new quality from a used item, and you didnt keep your recipt so you couldnt get a refund. Sooooo I give this gamestop 5/5 hot peppers and and this other reviewer 0/5 hot peppers.

I dont know who wrote these other bad reviews, but every time Ive been there the employees have been incredibly kind and helpful. They always have the games Im looking for, and its conveniently close by. I give it a weird Greek number that we dont use any more out of 5 hot peppers.

This GameStop is the worst! I sat in the parking lot and watched 15 cars drive away at the morning of black ops 3 because they post the wrong damn time on the Internet. Never go to this game stop. Not only is the customer service horrible but the employees are incredibly rude.

The employees are nice and knowledgeable about gaming. There is one employee, in particular, who has a bad attitude but most of them are decent. The stock is limited, they dont have a lot of the products listed on the website. All in all, its an OK store.
