This store is normally busy so please expect a wait, been coming here for about 3 years now. Kacey, guy with the ponytail is extremely upbeat and awesomely helpful, he really went the extra mile as best as he could for me when it came time for me to upgrade my wife and Is phones recently. The manager, cant remember her name unfortunately, wears glasses, is also very very nice. A lot of times, dealing with mobile carriers can be downright infuriating but the 2 people mentioned above have really made it easier to handle on the occasions Ive came in the store. Keep up the awesome customer service!

I only recently began with T-Mobile, but compared to the Plainfield Verizon store, this store has some work to do. Theres no signing in, to be served in order, leaving you to just wander or stand aloof; the selection of accessories is quite limited and a little pricey; overall the staff was friendly enough, but I didnt feel they were well-versed in the products or policies of T-mo. Unfortunately the latter manifests in the quality of customer service. I hope time with T-mo will prove me wrong so I can bump up my rating.
