Great service, thank you TOM and Verizon. I called into the store about my upgrade recently. After speaking to this gentleman on the phone I went into the store and checked out my options. Employee was very very informative, professional, and knowledgeable of all the products. After couple weeks of use on my droid turbo 2 I am completely satisfied with my decision.
