Stay Away...I have been a T Mobile customer for almost 10 years and I needed to port out my number for business reasons and get a new number. So I called and spoke to this local office and they just brushed me off on corporate customer service. Corporate said just port it out then call back and we will give you a new number. Made it seem like a very simple process. Wrong!!! Porting out the number canceled my account and Im on hour 25 and still NO new number. Bad advice from this store and from T Mobile 1800 customer service. Stay away from T mobile.

I was with t-mobil about 5 yrs ago. I moved frm th boro to unionville n my ph wouldnt work out here. I called thm frm another ph and they chkd to be sure it wouldnt wrk, and asked me to bring in a copy of my lease n driver license. I did so and they released me frm my contract. I made th mistake of not getting something in writing. For all these yrs, ive been getting calls frm thm saying i owe thm for breaking my contract. Ugh! I HATE T-MOBIL! How can i get this to STOP?

If they say there are no early termination fees they are lying! Their customer services rep said "Its your fault for not reading the fine print". Then their collection department gave out my personal information to a family member...not only expensive but embarrassing! Other networks have more reliable service and better plans for the same price. You have been warned!!

Came here around 630p on a Thursday. You would think they would have plenty of staff. Nope! Only 2 reps for a store full of people. Then one of the reps disappeared. After 45 minutes waiting we left. I have been a customer for more than 4 years but T-Mobile has definitely going down. They never fix the issue with service at my address. Time to look for another carrier.

I came in because I heard there was a phone sale. Ended up getting an $800 LG V20 for $320, as well as a free projector from an LG promo. The projector was valued at $350,more than I paid for the phone. This combined with the cheap service and free Tuesday stuff, Im sold on this carrier. Kevin is also extremely helpful

This staff is rude and very unhelpful. I have been a tbobile customer for years and I have never had a good representative. They are also lazy and unwilling to go the extra mile for you, which is a good quality for customer service.
