The Worst experience ever, dont waste your time. after purchasing the phones and service on line and after a week trying to get phone service on my devices, went to this store because Sprint support is in India and I dont speak Indian and they dont speak ENGLISH. 3 hrs in store while they tried to activate the equipment. They said that the only way to activate it was to return those phones and cancel the account, then rebuy the phones at the store, I agreed with the stipulation that they not charge me the $30 per phone activation because I Originally did not have to pay that for the online purchase., So finally have phones. saw that the first bill on line a day or so later and they not only charged the $30 per line (4 lines =$120) and were charging me for at least 2 of the phones I had turned in. Back to the store, well they had lost the phones I had returned. After another 2 hours they said it was straightened out, I cancelled the account with in the 14 days grace period and returned them there an then and left the store. 1 week later I received a refund check for the money I had paid, chalked it up to a lesson learned., "Cheaper is not always better, you get what you pay for. Now a month later and I receive a bill from sprint billing me $1662.51, they dont show the equipment being returned. Guess its back to the store to blow another 2-3 hrs trying to straighten it out . Next time you see a sprint commercial saying were only 2% worse ask yourself do I really want to switch to a company tats slogan basically is "We are worse than our competitor , but only by a little bit" ? And believe me, its not a little, its a thousand miles

I have been a sprint customer for 10 years. Its been good, bad, and at times completely terrible trying to upgrade any of the phones on my plan. It got so bad I just started going to Best Buy for all my phone purchasing. My experience through Best Buy was generally a good experience until recently. I visited the Best Buy store located at The Avenue in Murfreesboro and basically any questions I had about my service, upgrade options or generally concerns about my account Nathan the customer service rep said he could do nothing, that everything I was asking had to be handled with Sprint directly. Okay...well I asked Nathan about the iphone 4, the in-store advertisement says free with upgrade or new service. Nathan explain to me the sign was lying. Great thanks Nathan for all your effort. I left completely amazed on how my long track record of good customer service with Best Buy was completely tarnished by one mediocre Nathan. I left the store and went straight to the Sprint store on Old Fort Pkwy in Murfreesboro. I wanted to compliment probably the best customer service I have ever received with Sprint. Mr. Benjamin Hooke took care of my upgrade, added a line to my service and helped me figure out my employee discount. He explained everything so simple and had me out within 10 minutes. He was courteous, prompt, and genuinely showed a great deal of knowledge about his job. I cannot possibly thank Benjamin enough for making my experience quick and painless.

This place is horrible. Im writing this review as Im waiting in line. I have a schedule appointment for 12:45 PM and weve been waiting here forever! Why even schedule an appointment? What a waste of time! We rushed to get down here so we can get our phones and here we are stuck behind someone who has been here since 11:15 AM. This is ridiculous! These people are total unprofessional. When my husband tried to ask questions and if the appointment matters, he gets ignored. You have one person working the appointments, which is unacceptable. There is no order in this store. No one knows where to stand because there is no idea where a line starts or ends. We just had someone ask us if this is where the line is and we answered we have no idea, because this place is unorganized and SLOW. No wonder why people complain about this store. These people are useless. Whats worse is the guy behind the counter is questioning rudely why were not getting the HTC Bolt or another Samsung. They have no business asking anything. We did our research this time on the phone we wanted and I dont want nobody questioning about my purchase. If I didnt want my phone now I would walk out right now. Sprint, you need to get your crap together.

This place is horrible. They do not assist you for an hour and they have no direction for a line. I was skipped several times, also they seemed racist to Hispanic and Asian people. When I was finally helped the ladie looked at both lines and said whos next. After she confirmed I was next, we went to the help desk. I was not greeted with a friendly hello or anything else. She then told asked my phone number and would cut my sentences short after my response. I was there due to an upgrade and she rushed through telling me that they dont have the phone I was there for and also she has not looked so she does not know. We asked about the other sprint store and was told it was a third party and she had no clue what was at the third party store. She was hateful and not very helpful what so ever and I would recommend the Medical center sprint store to others! I went to the medical center store and was helped immediately and was given everything I needed and they are very considerate!

This place was a JOKE. Even though I didnt purchase my phone from an authorized Sprint dealership. I was given the wrong direction to a nearby Best Buy, I was sent on a wild goose chase tryimg to find this store. I later found out that there was a Best Buy right across the street from this store. Dude had me go all away cross the city to a store that wasnt in walking distance. If there was one nearby .....than why send me to another town. This was ridiculous and the walk caused me to get sick. There were people on the street giving me the wrong direction as well, I just wanted to purchase a new phone after my old phone was broken. I am not happy and it was very unfortunate that this could happened to one individual. Good luck Sprint!

Terrible customer service. I just transferred all my services from Verizon purchased 2 iphone4s which was having equipment problems. Phone heated up to the point of burning while charging and drop calls and other equipment associated issues. I wanted the phone replaced. They refused and told me to go to a third party repair shop to have them take a look. I WAS still within my 15days of purchase I was surprised they wouldnt just switch it out. My request was completely ignored and when I asked to speak to a manager. The manager would not come out the back office. SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT MY DECISION TO GO TO SPRINT. WHAT A TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION.

I tried to replace my Sprint phone because my phone had been stolen. The salesman behind the counter had to stop texting on his phone to greet me. I explained that my phone had been stolen and was interested in replacing it with the note 4. He seemed like he was on some sort of drugs. He had trouble understanding me. He told me the note 4 wasnt in stock and he didnt even suggest any other phones. It felt like he wasnt interested in making a sale. I dont recommend going here to buy a phone. It must be a nice place to work if you can be a salesman and not have to bothered by making sales.
