My wife and I couldnt be happier with our service at this store. We switched from Verizon and everyone at the store made it extremely easy. Dustin helped us get started and when we came back the next day, even though he wasnt there (congratulations, btw!), everyone else took great care of us. They were a little short staffed when I went in but they all had great attitudes and were very attentive to all the guests. When we finally got everything going for the sales and switching to Sprint service, Pam and Kim were EXCELLENT. They both went above and beyond any standard that my wife or I expected. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone we can and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I called this store to make sure they can assist me with the galaxy forever plan before making the drive to this location. The young lady that answered the phone, I believe her name was katie. She seemed like she was ready to get off the clock. Very dry, short, with absolutely no personality and seemed completely uninterested in helping me today. As a loyal sprint customer of 7 years, I am used to receiving exceptional customer service whether it be by phone or in store. Just based off of how she interacted with me over the phone, I will now travel those extra miles to the sprint store in Murfreesboro.

Terrible customer service! After walking in the store and being waited on after the person who walked in after me, I already had a bad vibe. I came in to purchase an iPhone 6S 64GB, and the clerk didnt even ask what size I wanted, she just assumed that I wanted the 16GB. On top of that, when I told her I wanted the same plan offered by the Sprint website, they were unable (more like unwilling) to implement that offer. Save the trouble and order from the website, or if you have to go to an in-person place, avoid this one like the plague!!

If your looking for a place to get in and out of quick. .. dont bother coming to this store. Its always a three hour tour when you go in. Basically stand around and wait to be helped. To just be told it will be an hour or two because they never have enough technicians on hand. They also try to make you drive all the way to the Murfreesboro store just so they dont have to deal with your problem. So over Sprint.

Terrible customer service every time I go there. Was told it would be an hour to hour and a half only to get told after the hour and a half that it would be more like 2-2.5 hours. Very unlikely considering the person ahead of me had been there 3 hours waiting! It doesnt matter what day or time you go in its always the same mess!

They are really nice and helpful. The only thing I had a problem with was the loaner phone they gave me when my broken iphone was on backorder. It was like " Hello 2001 is calling and they want their phone back!!" Seriously the loaner was so old i could hardly use it. How did we do it back in the day? LOL

I have had service with them for years and the store manager always goes above and beyond to take care of any of my cell phone and service needs. She does it with a smile and is efficient in doing so. This is what keeps me from switching carriers. Highly recommend!

We went to the Sprint store in Smyrna on Industrial Drive . The salesperson Justin and the manager Pamela were great! Their customer service skills were awesome they were fantastic with my family and I. I appreciate everything they have done thank you guys so much.

I absolutely love this store, Pam is one of the best managers in the league!!!!!! Reminds me of my ol Boss Shannon Salings, great service, great rapport all the way. If you need a home store, I would recommend this store!!!!!!!!

Girlfriend broke the screen on her EVO and they were able to do the repair at no cost because we had insurance. Other stores wanted to charge a $100 deductible. Staff was friendly and left me very satisfied.
