Uneducated. Lazy. Unprofessional. Irresponsible. These are a few synonyms to describe DC Wireless, the "authorized boost mobile dealers." on Thompson Lane. They do not regularly go over their phone policy with their customers. You cannot take your phone back an hour later for any reason unless you want to pay a restocking fee. They will not always show you a display of a phone you are buying until after they have deactivated your current phone. This establishment overall lacks communication. It is one of the most unprofessional businesses you will ever come to. They can accidentally charge your credit card an amount they were not suppose to and will not take any responsibility for their actions or assure you will get resolved. They will not always go the extra mile to help someone unless it somehow benefits them. But would you like a screen protector or phone case with that? We sell hot waters and potato chips too.

I enjoy Boost its been good to me for the most part, the owner talked me into trying prepaid internet, said it had nothing to do with Comcast, because I owe them from previously getting ripped off a few years back, if you ve had Comcast you know what I mean and how ridiculous they are. Anyway I got the box from boost and its been 5 days still no internet no call back from boost owner or xfinity and when I asked about a solution or my money back now all of sudden boost is saying theyre not responsible that xfinity is so now Im stuck w a box and no internet and out of 80 bucks not cool if your advertising and selling something you should have all the necessary knowledge and terms to ensure good customer service but they act like they never sell it and cant refund you. I dont understand who they think is supposed to refund me, so phone service is awesome but prepaid Internet is a joke

I went there and it took an hour and i gave them 60 to activate my phone and for the service and it isnt activated and Im out of 60 bucks and have no phone activation nor service

This is THE boost mobile store, if youre needing legitimate help with your phones. The staff is mostly frank, but theyll try to take care of you more than others might.
