I visited Batteries Plus of Bowling Green because I was missing a cap on my car battery, and the auto mechanics I talked to told me I would have to replace the battery altogether because acid was sloshing out and car battery caps arent exactly out there for sale. I told the man at the counter that I needed a battery, he took a look at it, and promptly found a replacement cap in the back room. He even cleaned off the mess that had collected. All for FREE. It really made my day, so to thank them I decide to post this review (which I dont normally do).

Excellent service. Thought I needed to replace the backup battery in a graphing calculator, but it turned out I just had a regular battery in backwards. They did not charge me even after opening and testing a new backup battery in the calculator. Would highly recommend.

Would have given my experience 5 stars except for the amount of identification and other documentation required to pick up the product. Should not be that difficult to pick up an on-line purchase of a standard battery.
