Go somewhere else, anywhere else to buy your phone. I was mislead about pricing and incentives when I purchased phones and service from Wireless Advantage Moody on November 26th 2016. I was told that I would receive a $17.00 monthly credit per phone and a $400.00 purchase incentive for the Motorola Moto Z Play phones. After not seeing the $68.00 per month credit on my monthly bill or receiving the promised $400.00 purchase incentive I returned to the store on Mach 11 2017 and spoke with Lavelle the store manager for resolution. I explained what happened on November 26th and as usual with retail or customer service complaints there was nothing he could do at the store level to correct the problem. Lavelle called Verizon corporate customer support and spoke with the representative, all the while telling me nothing could be done about this. Upon both of us speaking with the representative we were informed that Indeed what was promised to me by the salesman would have to be honored. Lavelle was instructed to contact his district manager and work this out and he said he would do that, then explained to me he would call the district manager on Monday and get back to me. I did give Lavelle one week to get back to me and he did not so I called the store on Friday March 17th to followup. The person that answered the call (Amy?) informed me that Lavelle was off for the day. After that call I called the store again and requested the district managers phone number and I was told that there was no district manager so I pressed the issue and I was informed that (she) the district manager had tendered her two week notice the day before so I could not have the number and would have to call and talk to Lavelle then I was put on hold. A few moments later Demesia came on the line, another representative, and I had to explain all of this for the fourth time and put up with a mild bit of attitude. Once we talked for a moment and tension subsided I was told that Lavelle was not off but working at another store for the day and that she would find out and call me back in awhile. My wife was able to contact Lavelle this morning Mach 18th and again he says he will get back with us on Monday Mach 20th, I have yet to hear anything from Lavelle or Demesia concerning this issue and I do not appreciate the inept level of professionalism and mistruth directed at me concerning this matter. Mr. Maddox if you read this please implement a training program at Wireless Advantage Moody that relies on strong customer service and honesty not deception and attitude.

Sold me a phone added an extra line without my knowledge. I took the phone back paid cash for it and now Im waiting on them to credit my account and turn off the added line. I called today and left another message for the manager to call me back and it did not happen. I advise buying your cell phone from someone who can at least return calls. This has been going on since September. If you have time to drive back and forth and not expecting any results this is the store for you.
