The employee that sold me my phone signed me up for all sorts of things I specifically requested NOT be added, and to top it off, didnt even give me a copy of my service agreement! I only found out about these extra charges when I looked at my bill online! Very dishonest. Ive talked to T-Mobile customer service on the phone twice about this and my bill keeps getting higher...wish I had stayed with Sprint! This company is a nightmare to work with! The girl on the phone even told me I could pay the higher amount and they would refund me the $ that I didnt really owe...yeah right!! Very disappointed.

A very good experience even though it was bad news. I went there with a hardware issue and although it was bad news they gave me, it was how they spoke to me & genuinely cared and gave me all my options even if it didnt benefit the store. She may have been the store manager, but a middle eastern employee was Awesome & be a reason to come back to this location!!!

T-mobiles brand new Hermitage location is great. It is so nice to have tmobile in 37076 and not have to drive around to Mt. Juliet anymore.
