I came in to ask a rep for his help with a simple sound issue on my phone, and had an AWFUL experience... WELL over 45 minute wait, I was told to sign in and a rep would be with me shortly about 10 times, and when they found out I wasnt buying a phone they suddenly became complacent and didnt offer to help much other than upgrade (which wasnt my upgrade but my wifes that came up in December) Would NEVER recommend this store, I would MUCh rather go to the one over On Chalkville Mountain Road next door to Kmart... They Are SUPER HELPFUL and FRIENDLY and helped me in and out in 20 minutes!

I would never do business with this store again. My elderly mother didnt get the plan she asked for. I repeatedly called the salesman to try and get the issues resolved. Only to be told time after time that it would be taken care of. This run around went on for a week before I gave up and called customer service to help me with my issues. Total nightmare, dealing with this for a week. I would rate this experience less than one star.

Always crowded, a big turnover of employees, sometimes l hate going in store, its almost like buying a new automobile, when you have problems with your devices, its not nice sometimes dealing with issues when they cant find it correct the problem. The only reasons l stay with Verizon is due to their wireless good service connection.

A new employee let my husband who is not authorized on my account purchase a new $400 phone with all the accessories and put it on my account! He said he checked his ID but looked at it wrong. We dont even have the same LAST name! They offered me $20 for my inconvenience.
