Unfortunately my experience with ByteForce was not good and I cant recommend buying from them. The phone I got from them was filled with the previous customer contacts, wallpapers etc. The keypad would not work and pages would not scroll. When I tried to do the factory reset, the phone was locked and I could not unlock it. When I called to see if they would send me another one they said that the calibration of the phone was off and it stated that in the ebay ad. I dont remember seeing that or I would not have bought the phone. I was told they would not return the phone or refund the money. My lost, but be aware if you have problems they may not work with you to correct the problem and make you happy.

Dont use B&C Connection. I took my daughters mini ipad for screen replacement. I paid $70 for it. Once.we got home my girl touched the screen and broke. Apperantly, B&C Connection did not install it right. They did replace it for free. But once they replaced it, only 60% of screen would function. Called, they said cant do nothing about it, they would have to charge me again for it. So I was upset, tool my ipod to ByteForce. They installed new screen and made it work the first time. Yes I paid $90, but worth it. Excellent job, we will be back. Thanks ByteForce, best in town.

Love these guys! I work at one of the AT&T stores in town and see phones come in with repairs from all different repair shops. Their work outlast all the others like Digital Doc. These guys are easy to do business with and are passionate about what they do. I recommend everyone to go there. If there is a problem with their work, they honor it and that means a lot. Theyre not about the money but about providing great customer service.

They charged $100 to replace my cracked screen. Was told on pick up that housing was bent. Paid took my phone home. Less then two weeks later my screen was popping off. Took it back to have the screen fixed. Was then told that since my housing was bent they wouldnt cover it. This was NOT told to me on my first visit! Consider this very shady! Not ever recommending them to anyone!!

Best price in town for service. Had to have the screen in my iPhone 5s replaced. The guys had me in and out in less than an hour. Thy spent along time making sure it was the screen that was bad and not another component so I wouldnt waste my money on a screen replacement I didnt need. WOW honest people doing whats best for their customers. Thanks and I highly recommend them.

Amazing service! We walked in after hours to get a replacement charger, and as soon as they heard that and saw our charger, they just gave another one. THEN, they even said they appreciated our visit. Every time we visit there, its always a pleasant and speedy experience.

Went there to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and it may be my eyes but this screen looks twice as good as the brand new factory screen. These people are very good at what they do and would only recommend them for screen replacement and electronic repair
