I went in the store yesterday to get another charger for my phone. This guy was so rude to me and I will never go back into that store again. I simply told him he sold me a previous charger that was deffective and he asked me if I had a receipt and I said no because you didnt give me one. He said, I always give receipts out. Well I said you didnt give me one. I paid $10.95 for the usb cord. I only had it for 3 weeks. He didnt asked me what type of phone I had he just assume. He was like Im out of those anyways. I was like sir, you dont know what type of phone I have. And he had a smirk on his face the whole time we were talking. He had an attitude with me so I got one back. I said you dont need to get an attitude with me. He was like you cant come in here and tell me what kind of expression or attitude I can have. I said its not professional to treat your customers this way. I asked for his name and he ignored me so I just walked out. I will never go back there again!!!!!

Took several hours to finally get my phones. The guy was very rude. He purposedly took his time because I asked for a refund when he tried to charge me for another phone when the sign that was posted clearly stated that you revieve two free phones when you switch to Metro. I called customer service amd wemt to another metro provider and both assured me.that I.did.in fact qualify. I wemt back to his location again trying to get my second phone and he still argured with me saying that I had to port two.numbers. I read the fine print aloud to him and asked he called customer service and asked how to go about doing it. He did not apologize for the inconvience but.instead made it more inconvienant. He was clearly mad that I took advantage of the special that he had advertised. Will not go back to this store location ever again.

Most obnoxious a hole Ive ever met. He thought his fkn playlist was the best thing ever. He even asked me if I was looking it up, I told him no, its dumb and he got mad at me. I was trying to add my fiance to my plan and it took 2 hrs to finish. So not only did I have to wait, I had to listen to this idiot talk about his dumb fkn station for 2 hrs. Go mboro!!!

This guy helps with all my needs of cellular devices, I like to buy unlocked devices of my kind like ASUS ZenFone, and he does his magic...and I pay him his fee and I walk out the store a happy customer.
