Generally speaking the employees were nice enough but as I told them, Im from Lexington KY, live in Bowling Green KY and had to drive over an hour just to get to their store without a working phone or GPS. Their response? "Oh, call this number and file your claim." The employee I dealt with didnt listen to me when I told him what I had already done to try and fix my phone; he then proceeded to tell me to do those same things. All the other Verizon stores I have been to the employees went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I could get my phone on-time, all my questions were answered, etc. The only good thing about this store was an employee let me use their phone to call someone and tell them I wouldnt have my phone for another 24 hours.. Will make sure next time I have phone problems to avoid this store.

Go to Verizon Wireless in HENDERSONVILLE!!!! Seriously, every time Ive been there and/or called for help all theyve done is give me a 1-800 that does nothing. They avoid helping you, but man I went to Verizon in Hendersonville and they did every damn thing I asked. Screw you Verizon Gallatin. Youd think that Yuppie H-ville would be less likely to help BUT OH MAN!!!! They were so nice. G-town you got somethin to learn buddy.... Needless to say that good customer service at one store and not another was not enough to keep me as a customer. Im at T-Mobile now. No hidden charges. So there is no need to call them to figure out why my bill is $100 over. T-Mobile is the best for one simple reason... NO DATA CHARGES.

This is such an unhelpful store. Every time I visit here they either want to argue or act like they are better than the person there assisting. The whole store could use an additude adjustment. The manger had enough nerve to look at me like I didnt have any money. Excuse me I spend at least 400 dollars a month on my bill. I have plenty. I just dont appreciate how the staff at this loscation acts. Very unhelpful. Ive completely changed to the lebannon location.

Very high pressure. Felt like we were buying a car. Matt was great everything was going well until a woman wanted to force us to purchase screen protectors. I got fed up and walked out. Bought my phones online through Verizon with no problems tonight. Guess Matt lost out on commission due to someone trying to bump up the commission.

This store waa VERY busy on a Wednesday afternoon, but I received prompt help from staff. The only reason I cant give five stars is the person helping me didnt really know all of the process for upgrading from a Galaxy S4 to Galaxy 7. When I got home, I had to watch a Youtube video to figure out how to move my SD card over.

Excellent service! This past weekend was the 1st time we went to this Verizon store, and the service was excellent. Very friendly, quick, and a nice store. We will now continue to use the Gallatin location, for all our Verizon needs!

The staff is usually more interested in throwing passes in the parking lot... seriously. The other reviews are fairly accurate about the service. I tend to drive down to the Indian Lake location simply to avoid dealing with them.

They normally dont have a long wait to be helped. Everyone is really nice and they explain any questions you have about your phone or plan. Easy and fast upgrades and knowledgeable about the accessories.
