I went to the store to check on a new phone and a new tablet. I received great service from our customer rep, Jon, and went home with a new phone and tablet. Later that evening, the new tablet developed problems and I had to return it the next day. They didnt have another tablet in stock, but Jeff, the customer rep on duty at the time, was very helpful and order another table for me. I received the new tablet and found that it too had problems. To my surprise, the evening I received the new tablet, Jeff called me to see if I had received the new tablet and if it was OK. When I told him the tablet appeared to have problems too, he didnt hesitate to tell me they should have some in stock in a couple of days and they would replace it. Well, Jeff called the next day and said they had a tablet for me, to bring my tablet in for replacement. What I did not know, but found out later, is that another customer rep, Dan, had stopped by one of the area Verizon stores to get a tablet for me and brought it to work with him at the Mt. Juliet store. Now I have a new tablet, and it is working great!! I cant express how much I appreciated the friendliness and willingness to help me shown to me by Jon, Jeff and Dan. Even with the tablet problems, it was a great customer experience because of them.

Ive been with them for 24 yrs. Was sold bad phones over phone by a Verizon sales person. And it was an entry level smart phone on top of that. Sales rep said it was 32 gs, (not 16). Power button on back, extremely hard to power off. Will not port correctly. Ive had them in boxs unused for wks. Finally got a rep to help via phone today & because Id been mislead she said I could take phones back to a Verizon Store, but it had to be today. Fyi Im in sales and my old phone is off, losing money as I type. I get out to store 26 miles later & they tell me oh we cant take phones back, you have to call 611 and have them email you shipping labels mail back wait & then come back to buy new phones...ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? NOW WE HAVE BEEN MISLEAD BY TWO VERIZON EMPLOYEES. THIS HOW IM TREATED AFTER 24 PLUS YRS. WOW IM DONE & WHEN I FINALLY DO GET SOME HELP IM DONE completely!!!!! thousands and thousands of dollars later & Im a number. Bad bad business. Im in sales call me old school but Id never treat a customer like this, NEVER!!!!! Making folks run around this way. Pathetic.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to this Verizon store because I needed to add my employee discount to my account. When I walked in I talked to a blonde haired women who said with the worst attitude, that in order to receive my discount I had to go through my employers website. While standing in the store, I tried to do what she suggested, and when I got an error message that told me to contact Verizon, I asked her what it meant. She said she did not know what it meant, and I tried to explain that it is telling me contact Verizon. She then said and I quote, "I would do what they tell you to do". I then went home and called the 1-800 number for Verizon and spoke with someone who said if I am having issues, they usually have their customers go into the Verizon store with their pay stub and ID to receive the employer discount. Not only did the women at the Verizon store give me wrong information, but she was rude. I can understand if someone is having a bad, but you need to be an adult, and not let it affect your work.

I was just in this location trying to help find out why my Grandfather paid $185 instead of the $49 deductible for insurance he needed to pay in order to replace his phone. The store employee obviously saw an elderly gentleman and sold him a new phone versus making an insurance claim by insinuating that he would have to wait weeks for the insurance claim to replace his phone and further that they could not assist him with the claim. If Verizon wireless employees cannot assist with the claim process, then why do they collect the premiums?? Not to mention the fact of normal human decency of assisting the elderly. I can only speculate that this store, and the employees, (especially John and AJ) knowingly took advantage of my Grandfather. If you live out of state and cover your elderly parent grandparent on your plan and are not available to go with them to this store, youve been warned.

Went in the Verizon Mount Juliet store on Aug.18th just before 8pm . My contract was to end on this date but to my surprise back in February when I came in looking for ways to lower my bill I was given a 10 percent discount on one line, well guess what it extended the contract on that one line for a year and now they want $175.00 to get out of it and there was no way no how they were letting me out of it. So be very very careful when dealing with these people. And by the way when I was leaving the salesman ask If there was anything else he could do other than giving me everything for "free". Arrogant uh? They really dont care about you just your money.

I have been a customer of Verizon for many years now and have made many trips to this store. The service of my most recent visit was so good I had to write about. They helped answer all my questions and even though I had no plans on buying anything they still took the time to go over the different plan options and look at making some changes to my account. This staff is so knowledgeable about all the products and really take the time to explain things to the customer. Most stores just try to get you to buy something and rush you out the door, but not the Mt J Verizon. They are golden!

Great customer service. But my wife and I bought two Moto Z play phones last week. Great deal and all, but yesterday her phone stopped working. Went in today and they didnt fix the problem, just put a bandaid on it by saying here is a upgraded phone instead of giving her the replacement phone. It was under the 14 day warranty. My point is, if you buy a phone make sure you check all your options before you sign the contract. We got 8G of data, and unlimited talk and text, 2 phones and a hell of a deal.

I ordered a phone to pick up in store. They shipped to an address 1000 miles away then tried to hold me responsible. I spent a month trying to cancel plan and finally had to camp out at store all afternoon to get written confirmation of the cancellation. Be warned verizon only has contracts and prosecution processes... Apparently Im the first in the country to ever cancel!!! The store folks will tell you want you want to here, double check everything with the main verizon support number.
