I was given an upgrade for my phone as a Christmas gift online. Everything was paid for online all I had to do was go to the store and pick up the phone. When i got to the store I was asked to provide the credit card used to purchase the order for confirmation. Of course because the phone was a gift I did not have the credit card on me because it wasnt mine. Prior to going to the store I spent 45 min on the phone with Verizon to insure I was an "account manager" so I wouldnt have this exact problem. I understand providing the credit card used to purchase the phone is a security measure, but this information would have been nice in the email they sent me letting me know the phone was ready for pickup. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money.

This is absolutely the worst store that I have ever been to! The managers and the staff are CLUELESS when it comes to their products and services. Lina is one of the managers at this location and is by far the worst Verizon employee I have ever encountered. This store only got a one star rating because it wouldnt let me rate them a zero. I will never shop at this location ever again! Good luck to anyone who continues to do so. If you are looking for a great Verizon experience go see the staff at the Verizon store in Plainfield.

Was in the area on business and the Avon Verizon store went out of there way to help me even though my account was a business account, Avon Verizon Wireless left me with a good first impression, however no less than 15 minutes prior to that I was at another Verizon store that had a hard time giving me the time of day. The manager at the Avon store was helpful as was the sales assistant and I left there with what I was looking for which was critical for this trip.

I usually have great experiences but, after this last time...it was a great inconvenience for them to NOT follow the Verizon technicians advice and issue me a new phone. I had a battery issue and, had they issued me a new phone, I would not be experiencing the exact same problems a week later and waiting on Verizon to mail me a new battery. Being that my phone was brand new to begin with, a new phone is policy. Please stick to policy next time.

Called ahead to check wait time and phone availability and was told the phone I wanted was in stock and they had a "ton." When I arrived I double checked before waiting that the phone I need was in fact in stock and again was assured that it was. I then waited 30 min past what my wait time was quoted to me on the phone only to find out a "ton" in stock meant none at all. Terrible experiance, I would not recommend this store.

The wait was long but they were serving other customers so there isnt much they can do about that. I was greeted and checked in promptly though and when Lina was free to help me she gave great customer service. Though no fault of hers she was unable to help me but she at least commiserated with me about the absurdity of the warranty policy that didnt allow for my phones replacement.

The young lady who helped me seemed to be knowledgeable about the products and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. I only gave four out of five stars because this has not always been the case. This Verizon store is a very clean and open space with the various products well organized and easy to find.

Horrible customer service and Gm Lina needs to find a new job! Got to love when they laugh in your face! When I asked for her managers phone number and I called they werent taking messages or Voice-mails. I will never return to this store especially after waiting forever for service to begin with.

Had a problem with my samsung s7 and i cant remember the mans name but he was very very helpful and resolved my issue vs the greenwood store that pretty much pushed me out................ i will be back to the avon location for now on since there service was great!

Rachel is a great customer service rep and I followed her here from the Lafayette store but this location no longer offers 2-yr contracts which means they want you to pay for an upgrade or new phone ON A MONTHLY BASIS. This is a huge disappointment - beware.
