Stay away from this location, I have been a customer a long time but during a recent visit I was victim of several deceptive practices. I was told the total cost of a new phone was $75 but when i got my bill it was $624 spread over 24 months. I also asked what my total monthly cost would be and was told it would go up $10 a month, it went up $62. When I called to complain the manager said the salesman that assisted me was "poorly trained and he would "speak with him about these issues. When I asked how they would fix my issues because of this "poorly trained" salesman I was told there was nothing they could do and I should have read what I signed. Deceptive practice, bait and switch, outright lying, beware!

I was lied to straight in my face. I went there to do a simple upgrade, I ended up getting a package deal (for a decent price). However, when I decided on the upgrade I was told my bill would only go up the next month ( about $30) for an activation fee on the phone. Thats understandable, but my next bill after that was also up $30. When I looked into the charges my new phone, that was only supposed to have a $30 activation fee, was $800. They tacked on the $800 over the course of 24 months. to anyone looking for anything from Verizon, do NOT walk into this store. I should of just paid the extra $10 in gas money and gone to Avon.

Went to the store to upgrade my sons phone and just like others I was told a low price of $60 and next thing I know we are paying over $600 spread over 24months....very disappointed have been with Verizon for MANY years
