I had already been to the cell phone store in hopes of getting my husbands phone fixed. Turned out it was just a battery issue, but they didnt have one for me. At 7:50pm, where was I going to find a phone battery?! The sales clerk suggested your store. However, it was across town and your store closes at 8pm. I called anyway on the outside chance someone was still there. Max answered the phone and kindly told me he would wait for me to get there. Upon arrival, he even had what I needed waiting on me . Based on recent experiences, this level of customer service is rare in this day and time. Please acknowledge Max for his superior service and for being an ambassador for your company. Great Customer service. Walk in and show them what you need a battery for, and they grab it immediately. Also was able to find a battery for an old laptop, a great flash light for kids, and a new battery for my car. I was really impressed with the volume of light bulbs, all kinds for everything, and a ton of batteries. Really appreciate the customer service, and feels good to spend money with small business owners.

Ordered battery online for my Samsung S5. Site advertised Duracell replacement. All the reviews - positive - were related to the Duracell. Placing the order was quick & easy. Confirmation recd via email immediately. Went next day to pick battery up. The battery WAS NOT a Duracell. Asked the salesman for a Duracell as advertised; said they did not have one!

The incredibly helpful staff not only tested numerous batteries and chargers for free to help me identify my equipment malfunction, they worked with me to actually create replacement parts and hardly charged me for their effort. Ill definitely be returning for future battery needs!

Well went to pickup two batterys that they said was ready for pickup but thay only had one on hand this was Wed. Thay then said thay would be in next day Thur. Thay called and said truck didnt come in may by because of holiday and should be in on fri.

Great customer service. They were able to replace my husbands electric toothbrush battery, which is an odd request. Now, my husband toothbrush holds a charge for almost two weeks, when the factory battery at its best only lasted four days!

Called for information on 12 volt lead acid batteries and the person I talked with was sadly misinformed and inaccurate with the info he gave me. Go to Battery Warehouse instead, they are far more knowledgeable.
