Most of the times we have been there, we have had great service. However, I recently upgraded from a iphone 5s to a 6s, went in to transfer all my data to my new phone before leaving the country on a 10 day trip. The young man who waited on me, breathed a sigh of relief as the regional manager just walked out the door, and gave me a paper to figure the transfer out on myself. Now I am not a tech savvy person, and I was on a time crunch, so I left the country without my phone being set up. Even my son who is tech savvy couldnt do it ( the paper said Android, and he just marked through Android and put iphone) I will go back and tell them I want them to set my phones up! Disappointed..

Poor customer service in the Hendersonville store. I walked in Sunday and they told me I needed to back my phone. They could have took my SIM card out and put it in my new one. They acted like they did not want to help. I walked out of the store went straight to the Gallatin store and they were able to do what Hendersonville said they couldnt do. Lazy and useless employees at Hendersonville TN store. I would not go there.

A very good corporate store. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I do most of my business with Verizon online or over the phone for convenience, but when I do go to a brick and mortar storefront, this is my store of choice.
