DO NOT GO THERE!!! I bought an S7 Edge - it had static when playing music through my car auxiliary and from the phone speaker itself. They replaced it and the same thing happend again. After visiting them FOUR times to get it resolved, I finally decided to go back to my old phone and they had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee!!!! The salesman, Tanner, insulted me and was a complete jerk! He should not be in a any kind of customer care position AT ALL!!! This place is a straight up JOKE! Save your money and preserve your sanity and AVOID AVOID AVOID this store!!!!

It was pretty busy, but once they check you in the wait was short. Ten minutes or so for three people in line. My problem was resolved within about ten minutes. The store has a wide open layout and lots of displays if you get bored. Plenty of seating if your phone still works and you want to play on it. I wouldnt go in without your account administrator, because in order to get a device repaired or replaced you will need those permissions.

I was told an incorrect price about a promotion, then after I paid (the wrong amount) I caught the fact that I was told one price and was charged a price $100 higher. WIthout ever leaving the store, touching the product, or opening the box I was charge a $35 restocking fee. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this store at all costs. Go to a different store as I am certain they are not all this bad.

Unsatisfactory. Would not refund or credit the account for the $50.00 gift I received, nor could they order what I did need even though an associate store had it in stock. Associate Verizon store couldnt exchange because Corporate store wasnt affiliated?!?! All about $$$$ so I have a $50.00 gift I cant use
