Needed a battery replaced on an Iphone 5 so I stopped by this store. The guys working there ere very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. They replaced my battery quickly and exceeded my expectations. I watched them interact with other customers while I was waiting and was very impressed.

Definitely the best place to go for batteries. Sometimes its tough finding the specific batteries I need and I always find them at Batteries Plus. This store also has great customer service, theyre always helpful.

Amazing service. They went above and beyond, checking my phone and discovering it didnt need a battery, I needed a new phone! Then they refunded the battery on the spot even though it was an on-line purchase.

They refused to honor the three year warranty on a car battery that was one year old saying it was too dead. Will never go back to buy a battery again.

All second rate and dont work long. Best to buy on eBay (about 1/2 price of these rip-offs) if you can wait a few days for delivery.
