-5 stars if I could, never will go to this store again. The manager didnt understand the basic store policy, and the sales person even rolled her eyes at the customer, very rude. Bought new iphone from this store, when opened the home button didnt work took back and didnt want to return just wanted a replacement. The people at the reception said "well they didnt think they had any so there was nothing they could do, I could just send to Apple. After requesting a manager, who finally did speak to my husband and myself, she didnt understand her own store policy and finally just told us if we returned it she would have to charge a restock fee of 15%. I tried to explain to this dense woman that didnt want to return it to restock just replace finally she said she couldnt do anything but we could just go to apple store at Nashville. We left as the people working had the IQ of a peanut. Drove to Nashville Apple store, and was told there was no policy from Apple that stated the iphone had to be sent to them for replacement since we bought it new and was never used, easy to verify. The helpful salesperson there said the AT & T store didnt understand their own store policy and she would be very angry at having to drive several hours out of the way due to their ignorance. She kindly told us it was AT & T store that sold it and should have replaced it. She said we were not the first customers that this specific store has misrepresented the policy to and we have since contacted Customer Service at the Corporate office at AT & T, as I am sure they do not want to be know for this type of poor customer service. Go here at your own risk, there are serious issues in their service and I was informed there is a lawsuit being developed against them. Hopefully someone who does know the business and actually cares about the customer will take over, if this was the only contact I would have had with AT & T, I would have run to another provider!

This store has severe service issues: 1) They require the customer to sign in, but there is no sign to indicate this step in the process, so there is a huge waste of time trying to figure it out. 2) They prioritize service based on the time they think it will take to work with you. Sales come first. I walked in, told the girl I needed the sim card replaced on my phone - which takes less than 2 minutes. I am told it will be a 10 minute wait. 10 minutes later, 2 women walk in and get immediate service because the rep and/or manager decided they would take less time. I was furious. I was on a deadline and tight time frame during lunch. I spent an hour on the phone with the corporate office who transferred me to a rep who didnt know what the heck she was doing, who after 30 minutes transferred me to a technican who after running multiple tests told me "Sorry, but you need a new sim card in your phone, so youll have to go back to the store". This it the 3rd sim card I have had in 18 months. I tried to contact the store to complain to the manager about his/her service technique training...... Guess what. The telephone store either doesnt answer the phone or put you into a loop of non-personal push button hole. Service should be first come first serve - regardless. If I see a rep who is leaning against the counter doing nothing, why should I have to sit for 10 minutes for a 2 minute job, and then have to take a back seat to someone else who just walked into the door? This manager needs to be severely reprimanded. Ive never encountered such lousy service at any other AT&T store.

I switched to AT&T and was wrongly charged $163.77. I went back to this store a first time and was told it would be taken off my bill. It was not. They lied. I called customer service and was told to go ahead and pay it and then it would be credited back. I paid it but they did not credit it back. They lied again. I went back to this store a second time, solely because of this issue. The associate that was supposed to help me interrupted me and belittled me when she spoke to me. A manager also got involved. It was obvious that both of them immediately assumed that I was wrong and was lying to them. They disappeared into the back room together for a very long time. They apparently finally read the account history and did finally credit back the wrongful charge. The manager acknowledged that I should not have had to make two trips to their store to resolve this but he did not apologize. I suppose he was only rubbing my nose in it. I should not have been charged the fee to begin with. They lied twice about correcting it. They have no means of registering a complaint directly with them, so apparently all I can do is leave this bad review. I suppose they do not want to be bothered with any suggestions for improvement. They are obviously so big that they don’t have to care about one single customer; so they don’t.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE!!!!!! A few years ago I had an AT&T account but there were a lot of unexplained fees charged to my account so I switched to Straight Talk for a year. I wasnt happy with Straight Talk phones so I decided to return to AT&T so I could have a dependable phone. I have never had a contract. I always pay outright for my phones and have the monthly bills. THIS STORE COMPLETELY SCREWED ME OVER!!!! Not only have they told me that Im signed up for a 2 year contract that I never did actually sign, now theyre telling me I cant get a copy of this alleged contract. Everyone at the store is extremely rude and has blown me off. One of the assistant managers has been especially rude. I heard him talking about me to his co-workers when he thought his line was muted. I have contacted the store and AT&T customer service repeatedly. I have had a few semi-helpful customer service rep phone calls but it always falls apart when they follow up with me the next day. Every time I call customer service, they tell me to go to the store. Every time I go to the store, they tell me that they cant help me and that I need to call customer service. This completely unacceptable.

This store is a joke. Im an ideal kind of customer. Im patient, never demanding, never, ever rude. I understand exactly what its like to deal with the public, and I know that everybody has bad days. Usually, so long as I get whatever Im needing taken care of, Im golden. This AT&T branch fails on every level. As far as I can tell, they literally never answer their phone. Ever. Attempting to buy an iPhone from these people is an exercise in futility and near humiliation. No one in the store seems to know whats going on, let alone the details of their own policies. Even going back to my iPhone 4 purchase, this store seems to hire the most inept of college students who have no idea whatsoever how to talk to an adult. The frat guy who responded to my questions about the phone knew far less than I did myself, and was too busy trying to look cool to do things like look at me when I was speaking. Avoid.
