DO NOT BRING YOUR BROKEN ITEMS HERE! THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I DROPPED MY BABY TABLET OFF 2 AND A HALF WEEKS AGO. AFTER CALLING AND GETTING NO ANSWER I FINALLY CAME INTO THE STORE TO PICK THE TABLET UP ONLY TO FIND OUT ITS NOT FIXED. ONLY THING THAT WAS WRONG WITH THE TABLET WAS THE CHARGER PIECE NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE SCREEN HAD A SMALL CRACK IN IT AND HE CONVINVED ME THAT HE COULDNT FIX THE TABLET WITH A CRACK ON THE SCREEN AND ILL HAVE TO GET THAT FIXED TOO! SO I AGREED TO MAKE MY 3 YEAR OLD HAPPY! NOW ITS 2 DAYS LATER AFTER COMING TO PICK THE UNFIXED TABLET HE HAD FOR 2 WEEKS HE WAS NOT HERE AT 11AM. AND I TOLD HIM ILL COME AT THAT TIME. HE LEFT A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING HELL BE BACK AT 1 PM. I JUST CAME BACK AT 1:20 AND HES STILL NOT HERE! CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HELL BE BACK AT 3PM... !!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I had a badly broken iPhone 6, took it to the mall and they told me it cannot be fixed that I have to buy a whole new phone. A friend of mine referred me to this place as he said they are the best in device repair. I wasnt sure if they can do anything since Apple said my phone cant be repaired. But I gave it a shot and took it to Genius Wireless, the technician just look at it and told me it will be fixed in 25 min for $99, I said youre kidding. I drop it off and hang around for few minutes and my phone is repaired with a whole new screen, I dont know how they do it but I was so happy, now I can tell myself they are really GENIUS. Saved me a lot of money as well, I totally recommend this place, best in town hand down!

Great service, best price in town. I had broken the screen on my iphone 6 and tried to fix it my self, so I took it a part but was not able to get the glass replaced because the LCD screen needed to be replaced as well. I took the phone in pieces to the guys at Genius Wireless, he gladly put it all together with a new screen and... voila. Done in 30 minutes and just like brand new. ....I highly recommend them and I am sure I will using them again for any cell phone repair needs

Not the best ! My iPad from work broke and I looked and he was the cheppiest.... after two days of getting it fixed my iPad went crazy and clicked and went on everything... also the screen was coming off from the sides. Couldnt use it any more. I feel like he didnt know what he was doing and he used super gule to put the screen back on .... I rather pay the price and get it fixed then pay less and messed up ..

Best service recommended by my sister Angel. My mom has been to them 5 times within the last year because she keeps breaking her phone , she calls and set an appointment and within minutes her phone was fixed like brand new. I have gotten my screen fixed here. I Highly recommend anyone with an iPhone or Android to get their phones fixed here plus they provide you with the best customer services possible.

Be careful! They WILL FRAUD you! Guy will give you faulty phones. He will tell you the repair is with new items (like a new screen) that he just rips off of another phone. They will try to sell you a half broken phone and charge you more than $200-$300! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!! Literally taking them to court, easy $500 win but only because my friend is an attorney.

I drove almost an hour to this place to get the screen fixed on my iPad Air because of the one year warranty they give along with the repair. The place looks great and professional, the technician is really nice and did my repair withing an hour, iPad looks brand new again and the price is about half what Ive been quoted at other places when I was looking around. I will definitely recommend them

Cracked the screen pretty badly on my Samsung S7, I checked couple places around and prices were way too high to fix it and would take them about a week, I was referred to Genius Wireless by a coworker and went there today they fixed my phone in about an hour way cheaper and gave me one year warranty, they are amazing and very friendly, made my day. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This guy is my brother and hes amazing at what he does, not reviewing this because were related but because he really does know what hes doing. Changed from an android to an iPhone, whenever I crack the screen he fixes with no problem. Hands down the best prices Ive ever heard of considering I live in another state that charges way more for repairs or replacements.
