This store is absolutely terrible... no customer service whatsoever. I have had two different managers from this store promise to call me back twice each. No one ever called and when I called back I found out the first manager left. I tried talking to the new manager about my ongoing problem that Ive had for the last 6 months and she (Candice) promised to call me back. When she didnt, I called again and she promised again.... and guess what??? She never called back. I tried calling today and the phone just rings, no one answers and no v/m (not that v/m would help since they dont call back anyway!!) Im not surprised they are only rated with a star and a half!! Who would have thought that a CORPORATE store would treat their customers so bad!! T-Mobile here I come... they will pay my early cancellation fees!

i have lived near this store and its old location for over 25yrs. it seems that there are never enough ppl to help. the managers seem to come and go. I dont remember the last time I saw the same person after 3 weeks to a month or so. I have had days that the manager seems to be more helpful then the other employees but it seems that the managers have the least customer service and the other ppl working seem to know more or at least can help better then the managers. the parking is now worse then it was at the old location.

Unlike the other posts I greatly enjoyed my experience at this sprint store. The store Manager Detra and a trainee were super knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions when I came in to get my upgrade and I wound up leaving with a better value plan and phone than I had expected. They were attentive and helpful to the customers in the store and made sure everyones needs/wants were met to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend this store for all of your sprint plan needs.

This store used to be ran really well, so I came back for my 2 year up-grade. I walked in, was not greeted, there was uncensored rap music playing loudly, a line of several people and only 3 people working--1 of which was just standing behind another worker, not helping anyone. Two of the workers werent even in uniform. I ended up walking out and will not be coming back.

Horrible service. I would have changed my mind and bought a new phone but to stop helping me to help another customer and then dont even acknowledge me upset and leaving as if the other customer was that much more important than me was rude and unprofessional.

Stay away! Worst customer service experience. I waited more than an hour with an appointment and I still didnt get any help. The employees didnt even greet anyone or apologize for the long long long waiting period. Never going back. Stay away!

Sprint in general and this location in particular stink, only 2 employees working, terrible slow service, and they couldnt even do what I needed, they sent me to an outside company.

2 people were working when I came in to the store. I had to wait in a line for nearly an hour when I decided to leave. I would recommend you go to the location in Franklin.
