My husband went to set up Uverse service and spoke with the manager Chad and he was helpful however he ensured the promotion would be applied and we would not encounter any issues well thats not at all true weve encountered the very problem we dreaded being overcharged. I called the store to speak with Chad and I got the rudest most nastiest attitude manager ever Tiffany who needs to be FIRED!!!! her customer service is beneath the intelligence of an insect just down right ignorant I wish I could have recorded the conversation to allow everyone to hear how rude she is to her customers it makes me want to switch from AT&T. Tiffany need to be trained on customer service or find a new job!!!

We all know AT&T is terrible. Soul-sucking, despair-inducing, bullies, liars and tyrants whose rude callousness to their customers is infamous. They are the serial killers of customer service. I could tell you my sad tale of AT&T woe, but its no different from anyone elses: they bamboozle you with mysterious charges and incomprehensible bills, they lie to you about what they will do, they ignore your requests for help and make you pay dearly for that privilege, leaving you helpless with rage. Good luck. God be with us all.

Wow. One person in the store to help you and what do you get? NO HELP, NOT EVEN A HELLO OR ILL BE WITH YOU. An hour later and know one in the store she says, Ill be with you as soon as I can. Worst location and they do not have what is needed. In brentwood, really? Att needs to focus on one thing and not trying to take over the world buying ppl out. Damn bums

The three employees made this a great experience even though I need more attention than other customers thank you I can see that sometimes there are 2 or 3 employees and 4 customers that need 1hour of attention apiece its not the employees fault make an apointment

Horrible customer service. The only person working was unable to help me and showed no initiative to help resolve my issue. A simple phone call to customer service to verify my access was too much to ask.

Came to this store to get mobile service. When I was having trouble the next day, I called for help. Not only did they not help me, but hung up on me and wouldnt accept my calls anymore.
