Dear Verizon On July 4th my family & I went into the Verizon store in Cool Springs looking to get a replacement for my broken phone. We were greated by one of your assoiciates Enoch. He informed me that the phone could not be replaced through the store, but very quickly provided me the information on how to start the process, even give me a pamplett to help with the process. While we were there we started asking general information abut our account, he was quick to pull it up on his Ipad. He answered all of my questions and the questions from my wife, but even more impressive was how he took the time to answer several questions from my two sons ages 12 & 13. These question were mainly about protective cases, colors availible, games that they play on the phones. This is were he provided the best service, he was very pacient with answering their questions, he took the time to explain every one, and never at anytime did we get the feeling we were bothering him. The store was full of people, he never seemed bothered by how busy they were, he took the time to answer all the questions. He advised us on an upgrade option, he also advised us on the sales items for the day. We didnt pick up any of the sales items but did upgrade one of our plans. He helped me with a few questions I had with my phone, advised my wife on some apps to download to help with some concerns she had, but most of all he showed my two boys a lot of respect and showed them a great example of Truly Exceptional customer service. Awful. Even though my phone was in the 14 day window of "no satisfaction guarantee" (9 days) and my LCD was bleeding they wouldnt even work with me to get a new one. They told me I had to pay $100 and go phoneless for a week or so! I dont know about you but I cannot go without a phone for a week. I work through this phone. Nor can I go with a screen being covered in black and purple ink. I called Samsung and they told me there is no reason why they shouldnt have helped me out because this HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. The phones only been out for a month, the recalls havent occurred yet. I understand policy, they should know theirs. She had said she could see the crack in my phone, there is no physical damage to my phone at all. She didnt even bother to take it out of the case and look at it. I cant deal.

I came to this store on 8/1 to buy the LG G3 using the Alternate Upgrade method of keeping my Unlimited Data but these guys absolutely would not cooperate with me even after i asked for a Manager, told them i am actually a Verizon Wireless Technician and told them exactly how to perform the upgrade but they still insisted that i would lose my Unlimited Data despite what i told them. I had previously done this before to upgrade to the iPhone 5S and the Galaxy S5 at the store in Columbia and thats where i had to do it again so now ive got my G3 with Unlimited Data and im typing this review on it right now. avoid this store if youre a struggling Nationwide Plan Subscriber trying to keep Unlimited Data like myself.

Not sure about other people whove had average experiences here, but heres mine. I had mediocre service at another location so I hopped over to this one. Quickly I noticed the lively atmosphere of the store, and some of the employees were cutting up. One of them speedily helped me. Originally I thought I needed a large or Unlimited data plan, but he actually looked at my data usage in the past and concluded that I should go with a 5GB/month plan because thats what I needed. Even though technically theyd make less money off me. I was impressed.

The service today was as crapy as the store looked. All the windows are fogged over and dripping with "sweat;" looks gross. Service? just as bad. Verizon shipped me a replacement phone 6 weeks ago, Does not work and they wont hook me up to service and the phone is my Lifeline for business. // FAIL. FAIL!! Use to love them, today I hate them. // Dont use Verizon at 1959 Mallory Lane, Franklin, TN 37067 // Wish I could use a store at the Mall in Pleasanton, California - they rock!

Be very very careful in trading your phone into Verizon. We were told when switching to the iPhone 7 that our phones that were traded in would get credit to our bill and our bill would go up approximately $12. Nope!!! Completely lied. It could be Christmas or after Christmas before we see that credit and the credit may not be the full amount!!! Really!!!! They did not tell us this and the monthly bill going up to only $12 was an absolute lie. Terrible!!!!

After 15 years as a Verizon Wireless customer, I called yesterday wanting out of my contract. I was told it up on July 9. I asked if I could get released in light of everything that has gone on and they said yea, for $125 you can get out of your contract a month early. After this many years of service, they are worried about 1 month. Wish they cared about my privacy as much. AT&T, see you on July 9!!!!

Worst customer service ever! Employees are clueless and rude! They dont care about your issues and I will never return! I upgraded to a Samsung galaxy note 4 and wasnt able to upload my backup files from my iPhone I lost all of my files and contact info. Ill returned to have them help me since I had backed it up on my laptop and they refused to help. Even though it would have been simple for them to do

Always busy and getting a knowledgeable associate is hit or miss. Our last visit was fantastic! Ten- fifteen minute wait time (which is short compared to a normal wait time of over twenty minutes), and an expert helped us find the best deal. However, set up on that deal always takes over an hour, and without a place for kids to be entertained, that can be very difficult on parents of young children.

Waited for about an hour. They kept servicing people out of the order they were placed in the queue. Even this old man they said would be next, they skipped like 3 people in front of him and he left without being helped. Tried to get my phone fixed and the guy said I would have to buy a new one. Went to another location later and they fixed it no problem...

Specifically asked if they had the phone I wanted in stock TWICE when I got there, both times told me yes. After spending 30 minutes changing my plan and working out all the other details they went back to look for the phone and then told me they didnt have it.

Rude and doesnt care. Very slow and inefficient. Whenever I went there, there was nothing done. They hate to help you. Pretend if you dont speak English, they will ignore you.
