So glad to have sales and service shop that specializes in Mac products in the North Nashville/Davidson County area! Ive now dealt with every member of Experimac of Madisons staff, and without exception they made me feel that helping me fix, replace, or find I wanted was their top priority while I was with them. Friends whom Ive referred to Les and his team have thanked me for turning them on to this small business. Their repair service has been fast and flawless, their expertise with Mac hardware very good, and theyve recommended solutions to me that fit my needs better than what I went into the store hoping to find. Other retailers and service centers would do well to emulate this business.

Amazing service from the moment I walked in and left the store with a fixed computer. I brought in a water damaged computer, which freaked me out that I couldnt get any of my files off because it didnt start. Tony had reassured me that hed do everything possible to recover the entire machine. Whatever he did, it worked! Thank you!! I love you guys!

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the differences between computers. The transaction was easy to complete and the warranties clearly explained. I loved their prices - I didnt want to pay retail for my MacBook Air, and I was happy with the free upgrade to my operating system without having to ask for it.

My son is notorious for tearing up iPads. Experimac gave me reasonable prices to try to repair it but when that was not going to be possible I got a very reasonable trade in price and even upgraded with the trade for a used iPad. They were so easy to work with and great customer service. Highly recommended!!!!
