Dishonest and not honoring their companies policy. Went into store clearly stating that if service did not work at our house we would be returning. Even though their coverage map showed we had we did not. Went back 2 days later to get refund they said we had to come back within one day, this was never said. Called corporate and the originally said it would take 8-10 days it has now been 20 days. Just called corporate again and because of no control over this authorized dealer they need to mail me out a check that will take 6-8 weeks. Pretty weak all the way around.
