Avoid this place, and if you have to go to a Verizon store, go to a different one. There was nothing good about my experience here. When I walked in, I noticed a customer and the manager arguing near the back about some unsatisfactory service that client had received. As my salesman greeted me, I realized we were the only ones in there. It was kinda awkward to be 3 feet from that situation unwinding as I asked questions about getting on my own phone plan, but no big deal I guess. My Verizon "rep," Cody Webb showed little indication of caring about me or seemingly his job. Which would have been fine except he misquoted the prices, failing to include the $5 discount one gets upon setting up bill autopay with their plan. Five dollars may seem like a little; however, over a year thats about $66, two, $132, and so forth. It adds up. But what really got me was how he didnt really help me pick a plan that was right for me. Instead, he pulled out the most unofficial-looking piece of paper featuring big Times New Roman headers that looked like someone had thrown together in 30 seconds using Microsoft Word, and he began writing down my price options for the day. I got out of there. The other Verizon store had a lively atmosphere to it; employees were cheerfully joking with each other as customers shopped in the background when I walked in the door. I was immediately helped my the nearest worker, who, instead of upselling me on Unlimited or large data plans, actually took a look at my data usage history and (to my surprise) explained that a 5GB/month plan would suit my needs. He facilitated everything he could within his power. Thats another review for another place, though. Bottom line, if you want real service, go to a real Verizon place, not this one.

Its not a place to go when you do not know much about Technology. I was in tears when I left. All I wanted was to swap phones. Jessica Peterson was not any help from the beginning. My phone was broke an thats why I wanted to swap with my back up phone. She did say she can call tech support with out even asking what was wrong. Then she just stood there an said it will be 14.99. Ok thats fine but you can do it over the phone with Verizon for free found that out. Then she never asked or said we should clear the back up phone first so I had all of Friends work stuff an emails coming in. She really needed to be more helpful an explain better instead of asking my son an I if we had anything to do. Jessica said it would take about 25 min so we went an had lunch. My son even said wow she is being rude an didnt even smile. Verizon would look down on that. I had all good w tech support on phone an at the corporate stores. Lesson learned.

Both staff members I dealt with were professional and courteous, but they have limited options of solving problems compared to a company-owned Verizon store. What they offered me was three times the price ($182 vs $62) to upgrade phones compared to a regular Verizon store.

Waited 45 minutes and no one helped me. The lone employee was with a customer the whole time. The line grew and he didnt even acknowledge us. This was at 6:30 on a Thursday night. I ended up leaving. Very frustrating.

Not a real verizon store to start off with. Very poor displays of the verizon technology and were not able to help with solving any problems with the verizon network. Avoid this place and go to the one on Mallory Lane

Verizon is great, but this store engages in very questionable sales tactics.
