At this T-Mobile dealer you buy your phones and accessories at your own RISK!!!...the staff working there dont follow their return policies as posted in the store. I tried returning an accessory that went bad on me, requested a full refund but they only exchanged it for the similar item when at the same time the return policy states you can get a full money refund under the 30 DAYS. As in phones, they will still charge you a restocking fee even if its a manufacture defect!!. For the people that doesnt know about this store..THIS T-MOBILE STORE IS NOT A CORPORATE DEALER...THIS IS A FRANCHISE DEALER, WHICH IS BAD!! The owner and the store manager of this store are useless as their employees too, making T-Mobile look bad in all specs!!. EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO THE T-MOBILE DEALER NEXT TO THE MENS WAREHOUSE!! store manager CHRIS will help you on any issues and follows return policies as it states in the store for BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

I went to this location to see what we were able to do about my broken phone, the gentleman that helped me... didnt. The associate was distracted with his own phone, taking photos of himself during our transaction, he said I was "screwed and all Im gonna tell you is youre not leaving with a phone out of my store" and was sending me on my way until I asked him about my insurance. He told me to call the customer service line (611), which I knew was incorrect, I found the number to PHP insurance claims on a pamphlet and called. I get it, it may not have been a good day for him, but I left that store without a single, "hello", "thank you" or "youre welcome". Maybe Ive just become accustomed to the great customer service I always get on the phone (611) but this was just not a good customer service experience.

I went to the store because I needed to change my sim from a micro sim to a nano sim. I brought my own phone which I bought from Amazon and when I started using the phone, the data did not work at all. The sales associates just insisted that my phone was not compatible with the sim card because I did not buy it directly from them. They did not even try to help see if they can fix it. I did my own research via Google, manually added settings from the T- mobile site, and it actually worked! I hope that sales associates can actually try to help their customers instead of just giving up right away just because the product isnt from their store. They would get happy, loyal customers that way.

The worst customer service ever I went there to buy phone and before I leave the store phone was not working they told me to get another one I have to pay restocking fee $50 I was talking to the employees and just sTexting on the phones they didnt care about what Im saying at all it will be so nice to you but after you make the activation and after they take the money you will see the worst customeservice ever I will never go back there

After waiting for 20 or more mins while employees apply screen protectors then you get pushed aside while the guy with his pants to his ankles gets a handshake and a smile. Wtf. Madison for ya. What happend to CUSTOMER SERVICE? Do yourself a favor and find another store or pull your pants down and hope 4 the best...

Very rude!! I was screamed at to put a mobile hotspot down by a T-Mobile employee. . Complained to another employee who said "you shouldnt be touching on everything" Im a customer with a disability and I am outraged at the disrespect I was shown. WILL NOT GO BACK

Its been ups and downs here. Staff is very young and are usually on their phones. Ive heard inappropriate agressive and confrontational music playing on the store speakers and Ive also been helped. So, its hit or miss.
