Terrible customer service and quality. Took my phone in originally to have the screen replaced. I went back the next day to pick it up to find out the technician broke the battery, and I had to wait for a replacement to be ordered. After finally picking up my phone, I noticed a rattle, the battery was loose and was not adhered to the phone at all.. no wonder it wouldnt turn on. My email and instagram account passwords were hacked and passwords were changed while the phone was in their possession. My "new" battery will only charge up halfway and depletes within a few hours. I cant hold a call without it dropping service, and the call volume is terrible- I honestly dont think this is even the same phone... there is something very fishy about this business practice, dont trust them with your phone or personal information!!

I have an iPhone 5 that is working well except for the charging port that had been starting to act up. To get the phone to charge, I had to get the cord in just the right spot. I went to the Apple store and they diagnosed it as a “bent pin” in the lightning port. Their recommendation – buy a new iPhone 6. While I like the idea, it seemed wasteful since my iPhone 5 is otherwise working well and doing what I need. After a quick online search, I found Quick iFix and gave them a call. They didn’t require an appointment, so I walked in and they replaced the charging port for $50. The people there were friendly, the phone works well, and there was no discernable change to the phones appearance after the work was done. Quick iFix is a great alternative to our throw-away approach to smart phones.

I have taken multiple iPhones and iPads to be repaired at Quick iFix and I have ALWAYS left happy. The work was completed quickly and everything worked as designed. They were up front about the diagnosis fee, which I agreed to when I signed the phone over, and I wouldve been happy to pay it even if they told me they were unable to fix the phone that I broke, because they still had to spend their trying to fix the problem. I only mention this because I noticed a couple other reviews that complained about this fee. I would like to ask those people one question: Do you work for free? If so, why dont you open up Free iFix? Anyway, I dont want to get sidetracked. This place is great and while I hope I dont break anymore of my portable devices, I know where Ill take them if I do!

I took my iPad to have the glass replaced. I was told it would be ready by 1230 the next day. I went by to pick it up and it wasnt ready. So went back again at 5 oclock to pick it up and it still wasnt ready. The technician rapidly try to work on my iPad to give to me before they closed but he was not able to fix it and ruin my whole iPad as he took it apart and try to put it back togetherin the condition that I brought it in. I had asked for the owners name and his contact information, but he refused to give it to me. I am writing this post in hopes of the owner reaching out to me so we can resolve my issue of having a six month old iPad not working at all. since your employee wont give me your contact information, please reach out to me. Thank you.

I called before driving to the store to get my ipad mini 2 repaired. The tech told me they could repair it. I explained to them that I was from Kentucky and was at the hospital with my daughter and needed it fixed while in Nashville. I drove to the store and when I went inside I told them I had just called and was here to get my ipad mini 2 fixed. The guy there said "oh we dont promise same day repairs on ipads" I told him that I just spoke with someone before coming to the store and they stated they could fix it. I explained to the tech where I had come from and he didnt care and would not help me at all. He stated that he wasnt there when I called. This company stinks. Their customer service is terrible. Take your devices somewhere else for repair.

Took my phone in for cracked screen. Repaired, picked up, stopped working 45 min later, took it back, stopped working four days later. Took it back. Guy said it isnt the screen...its your phone. When I questioned how he could know that since he hadnt looked at the phone...he became angry and upset at me. Told me to leave phone, come back in two hours and hed give a refund. I said why would I waste more of my time...he gave me the cash amount and basically told me to get out. ---so, i took it to a competitor, they TESTED the screen Quick ifix put in and said it was faulty. Replaced the replaced screen...has worked ever since. Save your time, go elsewhere.

Ive been going to these guys since they started and let me tell you they have never failed to impress me. Most recently I had my iPhone 5 run over and it was completely destroyed. I had some very important pictures and memories on that phone and I brought it in to them to try to save the data. Without hesitation, they looked at my phone and said "No problem" I get a call a few hours later saying all my photos are saved to a thumb drive and they were all there. Wasnt worth saving the phone but the pictures were well worth it. No task is too big for these guys. A+!

I have used this store 4 times to replace a screen on my iPhone. The last two visits I had a screen not fit my phone. I also had pressure spots on my screen that were not there prior to the visit. I was told that this was due to the impact of dropping the phone. When I explained these spots were not there previously, they treated me like I was stupid. My most recent visit the technician was rude. I will not visit this store again.

I have used their services for 2 years now, repaired several phones that were damaged on from our corporate account. They were consistent in their quality of work and time to repair. Best bang for the buck if you have a cracked screen or other damage and need it back to working order. While we are a business account, I have referred many individual users to them for repairs and troubleshooting. I recommend them highly...

Worst customer service ever. Handed me back a phone and said my warranty is null and void because I didnt leave a password. Gee, ever think of making sure you write down the password when it is verbally given to you? Wouldnt give my phone until I signed that i agreed the warranty was null and void because of my failure to make sure he wrote down the password. Guy kinda got rude too. Lost an Otterbox add on too.

I have had multiple phones fixed here and also referred all of my friends with phone issues here. This place is great. The staff is honest and know what they are doing and the prices are great for the work they do. Anytime I have a problem its a quick stop and its all good as new! I send everyone I know here and havent had a complaint yet! Couldnt be more happy to have a place like this close by in Franklin!
