Never again Sales associate were disrespectful, unprofessional, raciest, and discriminators. They ran us off the store and denied us the sales. They found the deal too good for us or something. The tablet was the first one on the display as you walked in the store. They looked up and for some reason they said this tablet is not in stock or anywhere in other store. They further added it is not even online. Basically, we are not selling this tablet to you. When we asked them question, they were disrespectful. They ridiculed our question. They insulted my parents over 70 years old. Almost called them stupide and ignorant. Sales associate gathered picking on the old folks want to buy a tablet! Each sales person made a comment and the rest laugh. It went on and on. May family felt like they were trapped in a humiliation camp. The message was clear how some foreigners have that much money to buy 3 tablets; why do not you go back where you from.

Ive had mixed experiences at this store. Recently, a nice employee helped us with an accessory for our camera. He knew his stuff and got us to the right part of the store and out with the correct item in no time. Other times, we have had less than great service. I think they get lots of young, eager employees, unlike some other electronics stores where they have older, more experienced guys. Finally, I had a less than pleasant encounter there when buying a low cost computer. He was really applying the hard sell on getting an extra warranty, and pretty much telling me the computer I was buying was a piece of crap, and had a sub-standard processor. When I asked him what that said about him as a person, working for a place that sold what he knew for a fact to be crap, he looked dazed and confused, then said he didnt care whether I got the warranty or not. He didnt say much after that. I still wonder if they were having a contest to see who could sell the most warranties that week.

They made a great experience out of an unfortunate one. I bought a mouse for my computer 3-4 weeks ago and it started squeaking almost every time I clicked. It was extremely annoying. I knew their return policy was 2 weeks, and I had tossed the receipt at that point. I took the mouse to the store to see if they would help me out and they were awesome about it! They were able to pull up the purchase on the computer and I was able to exchange the mouse for another one. They had to try several things to find my purchase, but they were really friendly and worked multiple angles to try to find the information. All-in-all, it was a really great experience. :-)
