This is a long story but I would listen to it if you have the time to read it. So a few months ago I brought my smart phone in to lifeline to replace a bad charging port on my phone. They did a wonderful job and didnt charge a ridiculous price. The initial visit was not the problem. The problem happened another couple months later when the charging port broke again. I immediately brought it back to lifeline and they said that it was still under warranty so they would run some "tests" to see what was causing the issue. I gave them a cell phone number they could call to tell me what was happening, but they never called. I am a very busy person so I had my mother go to their store to find out what was going on. They told my mother that the motherboard of the phone was "fried". The reason why I put that word in quotations is because that was the exact word they told my mother. For those of you who dont know, a fried motherboard renders the entire phone useless. They also said they tried putting in a new charging port, but that it did not work. I did not believe them. It was the same issue that I had the first time so I asked my brother to take my phone apart because he is a certified computer hardware technician. After he took it apart, he told me that the motherboard was fine and that the only thing wrong with it was the charging port. So my brother and I went into the store ourselves and started asking the guy at the desk some questions and he was useless. He actually got scared when he found out my brother was a certified computer hardware technician so he ran into the back of the store and got the assistant manager. The assistant manager then came out and had some questions for my brother like, "what sort of tests did you run to make sure the motherboard was functioning properly?" My brother told him that he did a visual inspection and that everything looks to be in order, and then asked the assistant manager what sort of tests they ran to tell that the motherboard was broken to which he replied, " we do not have a checklist to run through and even if we did thats an internal matter that we can not tell the customer". This raised me and my brothers suspicions so we went home and ordered an $11 charging port for my phone on Amazon to try and fix it ourselves. Today we got the part and installed it into my phone and wouldnt you know the phone is charging up again. I think that this store will not stand behind the work that they do and are telling people lies because if it were not for my brother, I probably would have believed them and gone out and purchased a brand new phone. Most of us who bring our devices bring them to people who we trust are doing the right thing and telling us the truth. I dont know if it was because they didnt want to fix my phone for free since it was still under warranty or what, but these people are terrible. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE!

Over Christmas, my mother dropped her Apple iphone and the screen went black. The hard restart didnt work and she was beside herself because she was afraid she lost everything (photos, text messages, videos, contacts, etc.) She had gone to the Apple store last month to see about a similar issue with my sisters cell phone and they told her it would cost over $200 just to diagnose it; because the one year warranty had expired. I had taken my phone to LifeLine Repairs a couple of years ago. They were friendly, attentive and gave great explanations; the cherry on top was that they fixed my phone too. :) So, last night we went to LifeLine Repair and talked with Travis. We told him what happened and he gave us the worst and best scenarios. Within a couple of hours, he had repaired my moms phone (cracked screen from the inside)! My mom was so happy that she gave Travis a hug. Diagnostic and repair cost us $109. Travis even went above and beyond by giving us information on how to back up my moms phone. As always, the staff at LifeLine Repairs are friendly, attentive, informative and professional.

Bad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I came in with a screen that had one small crack but the issue was that it eould be unrsponsive at times. They told me i had to get a new screen and that a new screen would fix the issue. They give me the phone back with a new uncracked screen that still does the same thing. They did not fix the issue. Charged me with $200 dollars and didnt fix anything. I took the phone back and explained that the issue was not resolved. They said they can do a refund and put my old screen back. I agreed. They gave me my phone with a screen that is shattered in a million pieces. I said that is not my screen. He simply said well thats the only one we have. I asked him if it made sense that i bring my phobe in and get it back in a worse shape than when i gave it to them? He said He doesnt know what im talking about and that that is the obly one screen they have have. Ive bever had a worse experience in my life. Bad costumer service. Bad service in genera they misdignosed my issue didnt solve it and broke my phone.

WHEN THEY BREAK YOUR PHONE ITS ON YOU. Brought in an iPhone 7+ to get a screen repair for $200. They broke the home button trying to put on a new screen. They then couldnt get the home button to work on the old cracked screen either. We were only given the choice to pay $200 for the now broken phone with a new screen or no payment and they put back with cracked screen with the now broken home button. Two hours later the phone is now far worse off and Im going to have to pay for an entire new phone. Dont come here unless youre fine with them breaking your phone and not doing anything about it. They also never called and closed the store before telling us anything was wrong... We had to knock on the door until somebody finally came only to tell us they broke it. Total incompetence.

I paid $172 to have my iPhone screen replaced and that talked me into purchasing a plastic screen protector film. 9 days later, I dropped my phone onto a wooden chair that I was standing over and it shattered!! Even with the screen protector they talked me into purchasing. My original iPhone screen would NEVER have shattered if it had dropped 2 feet beneath me onto a chair!!!! I called them to see if they could repair it since it had been such a short period of time and this was my first experience using lifeline for a repair. They said the best they could do was offer me a $20 discount. Um...NO THANK YOU!!! Save yourself a headache and some money and take your phone to Apple to be replaced! Horrible customer service.

Shattered my lgv10 screen. They did not frequently fix these, however they were more than happy to work on it. Had to special order the screen and pay 50% (understandable). Came in 3 days later. I dropped it off at 3pm and picked up at 6pm. Friendly, fast and well priced. Would recommend. UPDATE: While servicing my phone, apparently my proximity sensor was damaged along with a portion of my WiFi antenna, causing poor WiFi and my phone acting odd during calls. Took it back, had them look at it and they decided that it was due to their error and they would fix it. One week later, they repaired it to its original condition. They stand by their work and still would recommend. They explained everything and apologized.
