THEY CARRY CAR BATTERIES!!!! I have an older Audi car. That alone will be enough for ANYONE who has ever owned an Audi old OR new! Needless to say, the sad day came yesterday that my 11 year old battery finally showed signs of needing replacement. I could jump it and when it warmed up outside, the car would start again, no problem. But I knew it was just time to replace it. As an Audi owner, I should have known what was going to come of this.... A quick call to wal-mart and I was advised of a 90min wait (but I didnt bother to ask if they had my battery in stock) A quick call to Sams (Again, didnt bother to ask....) and was advised of 0 min wait - so I was on my way! Arrived to an empty Sams Club Coolsprings, but only to find out that they do not stock nor can order a battery for my year/make/model car! I decided to call walmart before committing to 90 min. wait, to make sure they had my battery - THEY DO!! w00t w00t Off to wal-mart where I arrived to 0 cars waiting - #winning!!! But wait, no - no, they didnt have the right battery for my car, as my battery mounts UNDER the rear passenger seats, thus must be a SPECIFIC size and properly vented and capped, so as to not explode OR catch on fire from spark. No problem, I head to Advanced Auto Parts off of Moores Lane (I called ahead of time, and they said they had only 1 in the store). When I arrived, not only did they NOT have my battery, but they couldnt even order it if they wanted to, and at a listed price of $153 + tax, I was thankful to not have to pay that, but I knew that Audi would be the ONLY place to go and get a battery for this car, and it would be nothing short of $300 for battery, install, and tax. Advanced said to go to "Batteries+Bulbs" !! HUH?!?! They carry only watch batteries. Why would THEY of all places have a battery for a nearly 20 year old car!!?!?! Short story, they/she did and SHE installed it for free! I was in and out for $109.25 and couldnt have been happier! I WILL ALWAYS go to Batteries+ FIRST for ANY battery need. They carry ALLLLLL types of batteries AND bulbs. Incredible!

Brought in my iPhone to get the screen repaired here. When I came back to the store to pick up the phone, the replacement screen had a very noticeable green discoloration. When I pointed this out they said they would put on another screen. Upon receiving the phone with the second replacement screen, I began to notice after a day or so that the screen was very jittery and unresponsive (particularly on the top of the phone). I brought it in again and they replaced it with a third different screen. Within a few hours that screen began to experience phantom touches in the bottom right corner, causing the phone to repeatedly type "n", "m", and "b" on the keyboard. This occurred both while typing and sometimes while not even touching the phone. Ive now completely given up on this store and plan on trying to get it replaced at a different Batteries Plus location. The staff was very friendly, but its honestly unacceptable that they replaced my screen with three units that were all defective in completely different ways. Either they have serious problems with their stock of screens or their repair people are completely incompetent.

Easy as pie - ordered and paid online the night before then picked up the order with no waiting at the store. The battery solved all my issues with my aging Note 4 which now works as good a new. My second battery for the Note 4 was a counterfeit Samsung battery that worked okay for about a year but didnt have the NFC antenna - Batteries + Bulbs supplied a Duracell Ultra for my specific cell carrier that has the antenna and a lifetime warranty. Holds a good charge and theyll replace it for free if it screws up. Costs more than a knockoff but worth it to me.

They have the best customer Service. They have any type of battery or light bulb you need if they dont have in stock they could order if (that is if it is stall made). They will install batteries while you wait. They even have Car/Boat/ATV batteries as well as Electric Wheel Chairs or Hover rounds. Their located right beside Car Tronics in the same Strip Mall if You pass Sonics Drive In you went too far. Its the place I go for watch batteries and odd batteries. They also have Lap Top Batteries and Cell Phone Batteries.

I bought a car battery and a watch battery. The guy was very helpful and kind. He installed the watch battery quickly. The car battery was a bit of a challenge. He tightened it as much as it could, but it could be lifted off with a finger. Luckily theres a mechanic near by and they pushed it all the way down and tightened it all the way. Its a bit much sometimes I think to ask someone to be a watch and car battery expert at the same time, quite different beasts. Store was clean and looked well stocked though.

iPhone fixed in 2 hrs. Charging port replaced and works great. Very courteous service and even used a $10 off coupon for scheduling online. Id check here first before going to the phone repair shops. You might save a few bucks and get better service.

Excellent service, I had to change the battery on my motorcycle. It was not easy opening it up and changing it especially when the terminals are not standard terminals. The gentleman helped me with the painful process and changed it.
