TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOES NOT SUPPORT PRODUCTS SOLD IN STORE... I have been a loyal and responsible Verizon customer for 6 years, but will be transferring my cell phone provider immediately. In 2015 both my husband and I purchased the new (at the time) LG g4. Since then my husband has had 4 phones due to a hardware issue with the phone. On Sunday, October 16, both of our LG g4s began to boot loop, causing them to be completely unusable. We went to the store to resolve the issue. The lady that assisted us was completely unhelpful. The best solution she had was to to call customer service. We had 2 unworking phones, making this impossible. She made the call using the store phone. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes she began to complain of her arm hurting from holding the phone then complained about being placed on hold for so long. Eventually, we were given direction to activate an old phone from home using our unworking phones. The directions given were inaccurate. On Monday, store employees were unable to activate a Verizon flip phone purchased at Wal-Mart. On Tuesday, store employees were unable to activate our iPhone 4s, which was previously used on our Verizon account. On Wednesday, October 19, my husband took a refurbished phone in to be activated. He waited for 30 minutes in the store for assistance. Finally, he was able to get "assistance." The store employee offered to activate the phone for a $20 phone. Remember, this phone was replacing a WARANTEED phone that Verizon would not replace. The employee gave him a phone number to call. If you need to know a phone number for Verizons customer service, this is the place for you. 5 Stars for passing the buck. Less than 1 star for customer service and competency.

The associates were nice enough, but beware that they will give you false information in order to increase what youre buying. I upgraded my plan using the EDGE program and was told that the only way I could do so was to also purchase "required" insurance on both phones. I did so and then later found out through the Customer Service 800 line that this is entirely false and that no one is ever required to purchase insurance. I was also told that my lines were consistently going over my data plan and was persuaded to change to a more expensive data plan -- I later checked my online account to find that I havent gone over my data limit in 6 months (couldnt see back farther than that). Granted, I take responsibility for not having knowledge of these things prior to my visit there, but I also shouldnt also have to study up on these things to make sure that Im not being intentionally lied to in order to increase what we purchase. Another large company with commission-driven employees willing to screw consumers to increase their pay.

Awful experience. Went to meet a guy trying to buy an old phone in mint condition. The sales rep thought he was a hot shot thinking he knew everything about life and even tried to convince the gentleman wanting to buy my phone not to in a slick way by offering upgrades. My buyer was clear that he didnt want to and he still persisted. He further speculated that the phone I tried to sell was refurbished because of the box i put it in ??!! I told him that it wasnt the original box and that he should check the phone first. When he looked up the phone on the computer he could easily tell it was bought new and not refurbished. The Gaul and cocky attitude this guy had was ridiculous. Never dealing with Verizon again

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!! I had an upgrade through my Verizon contract and selected an iPhone 6 to which the salesman, CAMERON WOOD, said I qualified for the "Dad and Grad" promotion over Fathers Day weekend. My bill came and he charged me FULL RETAIL PRICE ($660) and FINANCED my iPhone over 24 months with $0 down payment to better his commission. Normally it is $199 to upgrade to iPhone 6 per Verizon website to which I would happily pay. Multiple calls up the chain of command have gotten me nowhere. These guys are SNAKES who only look out for themselves and their commission. Head to a corporate store and steer clear of the shady deals.

They only care as long as youre looking to buy. Dont expect good customer service, we were not greeted upon entering the store and two customers were served that arrived after we did. After returning the phone its taken several days for the money has returned to my account. Went to the store to inquire and they told me it could take up to a week. For some returns that wouldnt be a big deal but our purchase was almost $600. And we returned it the very next day after the purchase. They also dont honor most Verizon deals as they are not a corporate store. Went to a corporate store after returning my phone and got much better service.

This place needs to hire people that know how to treat their customers!! Rude undisciplined and uneducated employees work at this store obviously!! Very very unsatisfactory face to face service period!! I need a manager or area manager to contact me asap! Ive been a customer for 4yrs I pay $300 or more a month and I had assume that any issues with a new phone i purchased here with insurance would be taken care of here! They offered no loaner or replacement phone and made my girlfriend cry with their nasty attitudes.. Very unprofessional period! Thinking its time to switch to Sprint if this is not resolved properly within 48hrs!!

Went to the store and had a great experience... The person I dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to identify that my account was hacked and they fixed the problem immediately, all the while reassuring me that I would not have to pay for the phones that were added to my account. I was a bit hysterical at first but by the time I left the store I was content with the knowledge that I was taken care of fully as a customer. Just saw a ton of negative posts and wanted to let people know that there are some great people working there.

Ive been to the Cool Springs store and hated it so I decided to try this Nippers Corner location since it was close to work and rated highly. I now see why its highly rated by others! What a delightful experience!!! Purchased a phone and all my photos and contacts were easily transferred. Everything was done efficiently and courteously. Very personal service and it was refreshing not to feel like just a number! I will recommend this store to everyone without hesitation. Thanks, Verizon for restoring my faith in you!

I came in with my boyfriend because his phone bit the dust. I had just upgraded my phone at another phone and had a terrible experience. Jessica not only helped my boyfriend find the best phone for him, but also informed me about a fantastic deal I could get by upgrading my phone at this location. I took my phone back to the original retailer a few days later and came back to see Jessica. She was knowledgeable, helpful and so fun to talk to! I couldnt be happier with the service or the phone!!
