Everytime I go for anything at all they are really attentive. I never have had a bad experience, and Ive bought more than one phone from them. They keep their work very polite and professional. They are very respectful. Ive read the other reviews from ppl saying they were rude... Ive never experienced that... Ive taken all of our tablets to be repaired and they always seem to have them ready for me when they said they would. I give them a 5 star rating.

They are very rude, when it was my turn to approach the counter he asked me what I wanted I asked for a charger with a usb cord and he gave me a house charger without a usb cord. Again I asked for a charger with a usb cord he gave me a car charger again without a usb cord. I finally said this is not what I want he then proceeded to go give me just a usb cord, which was 5.45 and It stopped working 7 days later. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

These people have to be the rudest in this business. I dont like calling them or talking to them in any way. I called them just the other day to ask a question and the middle eastern sounding man sounded like he had just smoked a fat one. He was slow to answer my questions and only gave me half answers. Basically.. he didnt care about what was going on. I will not go back to this place nor will I call and bother this guy anymore.

This place is okay there not the best , I Called before i went to the store and asked a few questions they gave me okay answers , but when i got to the store the guy tried to act like i was Dumb and was like well what number did you call and blah blah blah like wtf im not DUMB ! These people are NOT customer friendly , they are rude , obnoxious and do NOT give you a refund , only a store credit or exchange . DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! wish i could give no stars or minus stars .
